Description of Work: Carpet cleaning - large master bedroom, hall/loft area and 15 stairs. Technician arrived on time and was very nice. Best part was he didn't try to up-sell any other process and left the carpet clean and looking great.

Description of Work: I arranged this for my son's move out from his apt. I did not inspect the job after it was done but he said it was okay. The only hitch was that the phone number we were given to schedule was disconnected but I found another number on Angie's List. I was also disappointed because one hour after I bought the $79 deal, it was advertised for $69. When I asked about a $10 refund, I was told to contact Angie's List which I did but it never was resolved. I will be careful about this in the future.

Description of Work: The service rep was a little late getting to my house, but that was only because it was raining and the traffic on the bridge to get to Mt. Pleasant was horrific that day. Otherwise, he was personable and did a great job cleaning the carpets. I'd use this service again!
