Description of Work: They cleaned the carpet but we had to point out spots that he missed. He went over the areas we caught but after he was gone and we were able to get to areas we weren't able to see while he was there we noticed some spots still remaining. He was very accommodating so I'm sure he would have gone over these areas if we'd seen them while he was here.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpet on second floor. Very friendly and quick. Arrived on time. We did have to remove most things from the carpet before, and we also had to wipe up drippings on the hardwood floors and steps after, but all in all good job.
