Company contacted me quickly and came out and performed service as requested.

This was a big deal purchase. It went fine. They did a good job. They arrived on time and did tell us when they got here that the type of carpet that I had, which is Berber carpet, actually required a different type of cleaning, but they did a good job despite that. I actually wasn't here; my husband is the one who talked with them. I was happy with the quality of the work. When I made the purchase I called them and told them that we were hoping to be moving soon and could they wait until right before we thought we would be moving. They said that was fine and worked with me until I was ready to have them come out. I already have called them to come back again because we ended up not moving then and are getting ready to move now.

Fine, did a good job but the upholstery cost was more than I was willing to pay.

This is the second time I have used this provider. Prompt response in scheduling and crew of one who are efficient and informative. Kyle performed services this time and was very pleasant and informative. Also recommended simple steam cleaning + deodorizing for the next 3 to 4 cleanings vs. shampoo in order to help eliminate older pet stains. Will hire again.

I've used them twice and they do a great job. They work hard, put the time into it. If you want your carpets cleaned, a great company to go with. Probably better than most.

The carpets and stairs look great. However, there was no light moving of furniture. I wish the technician had moved the chair and coffe table to clean those areas as well. Overall, good job.

I will not use this company again. My carpets were soaked & when they did dry, the stains were still there. He did not take the time to do the job!

The service men arrived on time and completed the job when they said they would. They were able to clean up all the stains and our carpets felt and looked like new again

Fine. I had originally scheduled a morning appointment, but a few days before the scheduled appointment, something else came up and I knew I couldn't be home before 4 PM that day. I called and was able to reschedule for 4 PM on the same day as the original appointment. My husband got home before I did and received a call that ACC had a cancellation and they could come earlier. That worked out fine since he would be there. By the time I got home, the rugs had already been cleaned to our satisfaction. We have used this company a couple of times in the past and they have always been easy to contact and it has been easy to schedule an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. They have also called from time to time, to see if we were in need of carpet cleaning, but have not been pushy.

Its was okay, but it took longer to get rid of the musty smell and longer to dry out. I wish that they had credited me the first time I paid and didn't get to used their service cause I was out of time due to emergency on my late husband. But I might hire them if I really needed help again. The owner of this company are all so friendly.

The initial interactions by phone with a female representative from the company were prompt to get me scheduled and also friendly/courteous. Further, the representative/gentleman who came to my home to perform the carpet cleaning was very courteous and provided reminders on best practices, as well as recommended remedies for pet stains vs. commercial brand cleaners.

Excellent. He suggested instead of pre treating the stains (existing before we moved in) Try water first to get the "suds stain out" It worked great and we are very happy with the service.
