Description of Work: Call-back was an A. Service and courtesy was an A. Not all the carpet stains came out and you cannot tell until the carpet is completely dry. I would however, consider using them again.

Description of Work: Carpets took almost 24 hrs to dry (rep said 3 & 1/2). They were very wet. Did not see any soap, just water and his machine. Now they are dry and looks dark (would liked them to have looked bright). Wound not use again, get what you pay for.

Description of Work: Hired this company to come and clean my office carpets and explained that I had a few spots that (were smaller than dime size) that needed extra attention. 1st guy that comes out who seems to be in a big hurry spends 30minutes from the time he pulls up and gets his hoses out until the time he says he finished cleaning the carpet. Clearly my carpet aren't cleaned he hasn't done anything to the spots I mentioned needed extra attention. I pulled my Rug Doctor out and went over the same area and got more dirt out of 2 areas than he did cleaning the whole office. I brought all this to his attention and all he said was he came out and cleaned the carpets and that was that. I didn't feel he had earned his pay and decided to pay him but wanted to speak with his boss whom he said he had on the phone but he wouldn't let me. He left and I proceeded to call the owner. Long story short, another employee was sent out to redo the carpet. He did do spot treatment and did get more dirt out of the carpets. The owner did try to rectify the situation and we were ok with the final cleaning. But I have to say that the quality of the work performed was very poor and just ok even after the 2nd cleaning. I expected a deep cleaning as I could of done what they did myself. I would have to say I would not hire them again.
