Description of Work: They did nothing to treat or remove stains. Came in, wet carpets, sucked them dry and left. I was not home when they arrived and was very disappointed when I did get home. I could still see pet stains. My husband said the technician was in and out in 15 mins. I guess the old adage is true... You get what you pay for...
