Description of Work: The cleaning was excellent. I believe there may have been some confusion in locating my house, as he was about 10 minutes late and when he arrived he seemed a bit aggravated. I was surprised that he pulled up in a car with no logo on it and he was not wearing a uniform, but the job done was professional so these are minor points.

Description of Work: They cleaned the carpet in two rooms and area rugs in two rooms. Rugs and carpets were NOT vacuumed before cleaning. It took one hour to clean the four areas which indicates what kind of job was done. I could not tell that any of the areas were cleaner after they finished.

Description of Work: This gentleman did alright, but it was not the same guy from the last cleaning. The last gentleman performed a more detailed cleaning, that is my own opinion. The problem is about consistency between cleaners.

Description of Work: The technician cleaned my cream colored sofa, a green club chair with ottoman and a cream colored upholstered chair. He was fast and honest about which stains would come out and which would not. Cat urine stains, for example, are there forever. That said, it was money well spent.

Description of Work: The gentleman arrived on time and worked quickly. The only complaint is that he might have moved too quickly, not giving enough time to get all the dirt out of the carpet. All in all we were happy with the service.

Description of Work: Steam cleaned a dirty shag carpet(beige). The areas of heavy traffic did not respond to steam cleaning (stairs in particular). The person doing the work explained the process and completed his work with minimal disruption to our house.

Description of Work: It was okay. The guy pulled up in a plain car (no company vehicle with signage). He came in and cleaned the carpets in our FROG. He didn't move anything really. It seemed a little sketchy honestly. He didn't really talk or show me the dirty water and clean water when complete. Which I think should have been done. Learned my lesson to be more direct and follow up.
