Called after buying big deal and was able to immediately schedule a time for service in the next few days. Provider arrived as scheduled. Did an amazing job and was proud of his work. Pride in the work was nice to see. Carpet looks amazing.

It wentvery well. The gentleman that came was very professional he explained every thing he would be doing and about how long it would take to do the job. I would use this company again for my carpet cleaning.

Even though the guy was a few minutes late, he took care to clean everything to my expectations.

Fine. I called them about two weeks ahead of time and made the appointment after getting an estimate over the phone. They called me back to comfirm the day before. They were right on time and did a quality job for a reasonable price.

The lady on the phone who scheduled was pleasant and professional. The gentleman that came to perform the cleaning was certainly a nice-enough guy but... 1) He pulled up in a little ol' car with no signs 2) No uniform or even a tee shirt or any indication of who he represented (Not a big deal but as to "professionalism"... Had my wife had been home alone, he may have been greeted by our 98lb rottie, or worse--just sayin!) 3) The guy dumped the dirty water from the machine in my yard--without asking or explaining anything. I would have allowed it after he assured that it was completely safe (he did AFTER I inquired), but I would have let him pour it in a different location, again, had he asked. This is something that should have been mentioned during the initial contact and then clarified BEFORE work began, IMO.4) When the carpet dried, it look a little better -- but now, a few months later, looks a LOT worse than before....

The gentleman from American Carpet Cleaners arrived early to start the carpet cleaning job. He went right to work cleaning all the carpets in my home. He did a great job getting up some stubborn stains and was very forthright with what could be restored on the used carpets. I was highly impressed with the job done. Sheila, the scheduler, was a joy to speak with on the phone. I was glad that the job could be done on a weekend and they were very flexible with their timing.

My husband chose them and he looks around to see if he can get it as reasonable. The work they do is good but I won’t say they are excellent but the price is right. I would recommend them.

The original rate was $53.50 but they gave a senior citizen discount which brought the price to $45.They were good and I will continue to use their services in the future.

I responded to a coupon for American Services. the phone numbers listed here for American Carpet Cleaner matches the phone numbers on the American Services coupon - so I am not sure which company cleaned my carpets. However, my carpets look clean (very difficult to rate quality of work). I think I got a lot for my money and I would use them again.

I've used them for years and they've always done a good job. Their prices are reasonable. They always call before they come. They are quick and efficient. They do a good job. There may have been a spot or two they missed.
