Provider phoned before he arrived which I appreciated. He was efficient and did the job with little change in our routine. The dogs were eager to assist him. Did not take him long to finish and the carpet looked just fine when he was through. Would use his services again with no hesitation.

I'm so happy when anybody shows up to do what they say around here ! Ron was great, they were very friendly on the phone and in person, and I will certainly hire again next time around too.

Lousy. Worst service of any provider I've used from Angie's List.

Everything about this experience was terrific. The scheduling was set up via email with a confirmation call the night before, even though it was a Sunday night. The guy arrived on time & got right to work. He cleaned up any tiny spills from hoses as he worked. All the heavy traffic areas came out clean as did a few spots of spilled coffee on the stairs. The whole process took only about an hour. At the end when I asked if I paid him or the company would bill me, he said didn't you already pay on Angie's List? & I couldn't remember. It'd been a very hectic several days and my senior moments were piling up. I gave him a check, then after he left, I checked my account online, finding that I had already been charged for this service. I immediately emailed the company, telling them the situation. I received a phone call within the hour & Dave sorted this all out for me. They would've mailed the check back to me, but I asked them to destroy it in the shredder. Dave assured me they would. I would definitely use American Carpet Cleaners again.

It went very well. He showed up on time. Did a great job! My wife asked him to go over a small area again due to heavier build up and he did no questions asked. My wife and I were very Satisfied.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. They were professional and they did good work.

It did not work out too well. The guy was punctual, professional and courteous. He showed up in his personal vehicle and pulled out his steam cleaner. I asked him to do most of the traffic areas, he did. The whole process took him like 15 minutes. The last words out of his mouth was there were some dark stains that will disappear after the carpet dries. I had never heard of that before and sure enough, they did go away. Two weeks later I them done again. He came out two days after purchase. I did not like their particular machine or service. The finished product was not what I expected. The price was exceptional. I would not use them again.

It's a low budget operation-1 person, looks like home made version of professional carpet cleaner, & was not operated from a van but filled up from my kitchen sink. I don't think it was a steam cleaner. He did not move any of the furniture. Not even the coffee or end tables which was aggravating as I took the time to follow instructions and remove all small & breakable items prior to his arrival. Big waste of time. The cleaning was ok. but I had to spot clean a number of areas after. The chemical smell was very strong for two days. In his defense, I have off white carpet & I should have had him come in the afternoon when the house is filled with light, It was difficult to see when he was here & I am picky. He was prompt, polite, fast and gave the stairs a once over which I wasn't expecting. I got my moneys worth.

The provider was prompt and completed the work in a timely manner. I have no complaints with regard to their professionalism. However, the carpet was excessively wet, and despite paying additional for the Scotchguard treatment, got dirty again very quickly. I had to use my home carpet steam cleaner again within a month to clean the same areas. It seemed as though the carpet got dirtier much faster AFTER this service.

Technician was on time and professionally completed the work. My carpets were very dirty and he did his best to clean them up.

The technician was very professional and explained what he was doing as he started the job. He was very polite and took extra care as he moved throughout my house. I would definitely call on American Carpet Cleaners again.

They are always polite on the phone every time I call. The technician arrived early and he was extremely polite as well.

We have used this provider several times and have always been pleased with the results. it has not been difficult to make an appointment within a short time period and they make every effort to schedule promptly at our convenience.

I purchased a big deal from them and their services turned out okay. There were no additional charges other than the big deal. They did a good job. It was one guy, he came and he did a pretty good job. Was it the best I have ever seen, no, but it was pretty good. I did not have a whole lot of complaints. They set me up an appointment right away and the guy was on time.

Showed up on time. Got right to the job and got it done. Because we didn't have 5 rooms to be cleaned they did our stairs instead.

It was wonderful. They're very good and I have recommended them to some of my friends. I would always ask for Lion who's the head tech.

Without going into a lengthy explanation, let me just say there was soot in my apartment, and I ended up in urgent care, with a lung infection. My handyman came in and cleaned my place from top to bottom, after which I immediately contacted American Carpet Cleaners. The owner was very professional, and I only had to wait a day or two for service. The carpet cleaner, Brian, was courteous and professional and seemed to be doing a great job. I even tipped him $20. While he was cleaning my carpet, I worked in the kitchen and stayed off of it. When I spoke to the owner, I was told that the carpet would be wet and would take several hours to dry. Wet? There is a big difference between wet and soaking wet, completely saturated, SO WET that I could have raised guppies in the amount of water left on my carpet. I became concerned because with the carpet being that wet it could only mean it wasn't suctioned in the end, and I had standing water with soot still in it. I went to my storage unit for my carpet shampooer, and I was shocked because of the amount of water it sucked up. And guess what? Not only did the carpet suds up--meaning it had not been rinsed--water gushed into the tank. BLACK water. My carpet was like a swamp. In the end, I rinsed and suctioned the water, filling the tank on my carpet cleaner several times, each time it was black. You may wonder why I did not contact American Carpet Cleaner. Believe me, I considered it. Until I went online and read the reviews closely and discovered that several people said it took a couple of days for their carpet to dry. Also, I was still trying to recover from a lung infection that had been so bad I had to wear a mask, go on a nebulizer, and use an emergency inhalant. It was easier to do it myself, just get it over with, and go to bed for the rest of the day. Besides, why would I call American Carpet Cleaner when it was obvious they did not do the job to my satisfaction the first time? Instead of having DRY soot on my carpet, I had WET soot. The next day, I had a relapse, my lung infection worsened. I would not use this company again, nor would I recommend them.

The company came in and did a great job cleaning our carpets, they were very efficient and made the place look great.

Arrived on time. Used a Portable Steam cleaner instead of one mounted in a truck. This left more moisture on the floor. It looked good after he left but took 2 full days to dry. Within several days traffic marks started showing up that normally take much longer. I think he used too much detergent. He seemed to do a good job and was friendly. His machine, I'm not so sure about. I purchased a top of the Line Bissell Shampooer and used 8 oz of Simple Solution to redo the carpets. They dried the same day and look great a week later. I'll do my own carpets from now on. No more guess work.

Arrived on time. Carpets look great considering my daugher has a 2 year old boy! they did a terrific job. I would recommend them to anyone.

We bought a house and the former owner left the carpets dirty. We called about a day ahead of when we needed the carpets cleaned. They had availability on very short notice, and the technician was actually early. It took about an hour from start of the work until he as finished. Did a good job and just had to wait for everything to dry.
