They cleaned the carpet and it looked great until it dried. Most of the stains came back. But, the carpet had been completely trashed and horribly stained (a rental) and I wasn't expecting much. the guy was really nice and punctual, and he showed me how much dirt the machine took out of the carpet.

Was quoted $58 and charged $68. Not sure why but the work was good.

The service turned out good. It was a very positive experience. They came in and asked if we had any problem areas and if we needed special cleaning anywhere. The rugs are not that bad, but they just went ahead and did their job. Brian was very nice. He was the technician. He was cordial, knew what he was doing, and did the job completely.

Worked well, quick dry. Was better than experiences by Serv Pro or Chem Dry as it was cheaper, faster and stains did not come back as fast.

Gentleman was on time, and very personable. We talked for a short time and told him which rooms were to be cleaned and did a quick walk-through of the house. Shortly thereafter, he started, and cleaned all the agreed upon places. He had a professional attitude, and you could tell, he was experienced. All carpets were cleaned very nicely, and even put paper down in the traffic areas that we could use while the carpet was drying. This company did a great job for us! I would certainly use them again.

Brian did a wonderful job. I was very pleased. The FROG and upstairs hall were a challenge but he worked really h****** the soiled spots and got them out. I have put his name in my file for future reference so I can use thus service again. More than worth the special Angie's Deal price I purchased. Thank you Brian.

Ron, the person who performed the service was very nice and professional. However, I was disappointed that he was an hour late. The appointment was for 10:30 to 11:00 am. I called at 11:00 and was told he was on his way. Unfortunately he did not arrive until 12:00. I had to miss my son's game since I was waiting for him to arrive and was under the impression that he was near to me. The carpet turned out great, but it took about seven hours to dry.

He was on time and I showed him the area to be cleaned. He went right to work but did not offer any comments about how and what he would be d***. When he was finished, he did not give us any instructions about how long to let it dry, do or do not walk on it, etc. I did ask about how dirty it was and he said it wasn't that bad and no other comments.

Cleaned all the carpet upstairs, 3 bedrooms and long hallway.

It was fast and efficient. And my carpets were very clean at the end. He let me walk through before he left to make sure I was satisfied and then re-did any areas I requested.

The order called for 7 rooms. of cleaning plus stairs for $99. Since I only had 3 rooms. asked to have two pieces of furniture cleaned and was charged another $56.50. |Had to call to confirm scheduling and then the fellow was late, although pleasant enough. Then didn't do my stairway and someone else had to come three days later ...also, not happy with the final results of the cleaning and it took about 5 or 6 hrs. for the floors to dry. Very disappointed!!

There was some question re the deal covering 5 rooms, but this was not indicated on Angie's list deal (said whole house). I would suggest clarifying this on advance.

The provider service technician, came to my house with a tank for the cleaning that was leaking. The hose was not long enough to reach the areas in the house, without putting the tank in the house. I would not allow the leaking tank in the house, and I requested the technician to get the same set up that was here when I gave this provider an A+ rating. I then called the manager and he said he would have a team out at 3 PM with the correct equipment. Then 20 minutes later I received a voicemail stating that he does not have the equipment to do the job and I would need to get a refund from Angie's List. I then called and spoke with the manager (who provided me mis-information, telling me he would be there and then recanting his statement). I asked him why his firm could do the work 4 months earlier and not now, No answer. I then informed the provider that I was going to put a write up in Angie's List and the stated, in a threatening tone, " I will pursue it (my comments) aggressively Recap Firm was non responsive to the original scheduled time, and I had to call Angie's List to jump start the job They firm did not have the correct equipment (as the did the first time with an A+ rating) and could not perform the work effort as contracted. The management provided mis-information and used tones that are not professional I then followed up with one additional voicemail to provide the provider another opportunity to clear the air and understand why the equipment was available 4 months ago, but not now. The provider had not responded to the opportunity

It was very cheap, but you get what you pay for. When I saw the price I called to make sure it wasn't a "chs dry like" cleaning because those are not very effective. I was assured that it was conventional wet "steam" cleaning. When the guy showed up he had a portable unit that required water from my sink. It was kind of like a commercial rug doctor with a long hose. I was skeptical. He assured me it was the same thing that is mounted on the trucks. I can assure it was not. The water wasn't hot. There was not steam, and the suction was much less. My carpets were wet for days. Also I had a traffic dirt mark around an area rug that the technician didn't get clean. He told me it wouldn't come out. I took a dry white rag and ran it over the wet surface and rubbed up the brown dirty water to show him. He begrudgingly went back over the area. I'll be straight forward. My carpets are not brand new. I have kids and pets. I have realistic expectations of how clean they will be. However, I have them cleaned at least one if not twice a year. I've used Stanley Steamer, Rainbow, Admiral and Carpet Care. They're all bout the same price and quality. It's usually about $220 to clean my house. I thought I'd try the $79 deal because it was so cheap. It was cheap. I got what I paid for, and now I have to pay again to get it done right.

The service was good. He came by himself. He was quick. There was no hassle and he did a good job. I did not spend more than the big deal I purchased. He came out shortly after I purchased the big deal. It was pretty quick. They got me in fast. Whenever I call him, he fit me in pretty quickly. I thought the price was a great deal. He was very polite and quiet. He kept to himself mostly.

The cleaning was fine, but the price was more than posted on Angie's list. Although I asked, I could not understand why it was higher, especially since it was just empty space, no furniture to move. He did work me in to the schedule quicker than anyone else could, and the work was done well.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went very well. They did an excellent job. I just paid for the $79 service. They were very neat and professional. Our carpets came out far better than I thought they would and there were spots that had some stains that they had cleaned. They did a very good job and they were really timely. They were right on time and made the appointment almost the next day. They did call within a year and said it's time to reclean the carpet but I already changed the floors to wood.
