The Tech was very helpful when explaining, which stains can come out, and which stains that could not. He went straight to work upstairs, working his way down including the stairs. It looked great and I was more than happy with this purchase.

When Kyle arrived, he introduced himself and we did a walk through where I had a lot of questions and concerns; he reassured me that the carpet would look and smell good when he was finished. He was absolutely correct. Kyle did a wonderful job restoring the carpets. When he was done, the carpets not only looked great, but they smelled great too. He took his time and cleaned the stained areas slowly so as to remove the soil buildup. The house had been rented to a smoker; the cleaner that Kyle used allowed the carpet to have a great scent. He did a great job and I would want him to return to clean carpets again. He is a professional because he also offered this homeowner the information that would allow me to be able to maintain the carpet cleanliness as well.

I want to start out by saying that this is the first time that i have used this company. They answered the phone immediately when i called, set up an appointment and came out when they said that they would. i wanted to get my whole house carpet cleaned and treated that i had rented for four years and was going to put it up for sale. After they cleaned and treated it, they called and said that the carpet was so dirty that i would have to replace it, that they could not get it cleaned. I guess my problem with this is i wondered to myself if after doing one room, they realized that this was not going to work, why not call and let me know? Again, this is the first time i have used this company so i really dont know them well enough to give them a good recommendation, can only comment on what was done.

Personal car showed up infront of house- no company Advertisement? No Company card was presented? Better representation of company is recommended!

I've used this company before with so so results but I wanted to give another try and this time, the man (I forgot his name sadly) was excellent. He really cared about making the carpets clean & removing what stains he can. He took pride in his work & was a joy to speak with. Very professional & job completed beyond expectations. Would want the same guy again!

This is a great company! The carpets upstairs were very dirty with some stains. He worked really **** ** the stains and actually got most of them out. He took his time and the carpet looks really good and smells good too. I am going to get them to clean my downstairs carpets as well. I highly recommend this company.!

Carpet definitely was cleaner after the service was performed. A few coffee & pet stains remained, but these had been there for awhile and they may have set because we may have waited too long. Some of our worst stains did come out and overall we were pleased with the result.

Had to ask a couple of time to clean a certain spot

I messed up! I scheduled the cleaning and was smart enough to turn the electricity on, but not the water. What a nightmare. The poor guy showed up at 5pm and couldn't do the cleaning. He didn't even flinch. Told me they understood and rescheduled with no fee or attitude. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Above and beyond the deal I purchased ($59) for four rooms, I paid only $39 for two additional rooms. Very pleased.
