They promptly returned my message and offered to come the same day. The service man was right on time. My being on an upper level floor he had to schlep a lot of equipment from his van in 95 degree heat. He worked for 75 minutes and did a fantastic job. The carpeting had several very stubborn stains but he refused to let the stains win. He was polite and thorough. I am well satisfied and recommend them.

He arrived only a few minutes late. The traffic is bad in my area, so that was expected. He went to work right away. Everything was cleaned beautifully. He even cleaned a small rug for me for $15.00 that was not part of the $89.00 cleaning package that I purchased. The deodorizer that he used smells great! I am very pleased.

The man appeared to work part time for the company. I actually felt badly for him to be going up and down a ladder trying to clean the drapes with a vacuum hose with no cleaning fluid. Initially sprayed the drapery with fluid of some sort then vacuumed. I asked him to stop spraying the fluid due to staining and to just vacuum. I worked side by side with him. Very disappointed. I will not use this company nor recommend them to anyone. Please find a professional cleaner to clean draperies as they hang in your home. Drycleaners or a professional dry cleaning system with a professional company. I know these businesses exist-maybe not in Charleston?

Very straight-forward. They called promptly, came on time, were very thorough and professional.

I arranged for a specific time in the late afternoon and service provider arrived promptly. Set up, cleaned carpet, and dismantled in under two hours. Did a very thorough job of cleaning. Very responsive to my requests for handling certain locations. I was very pleased with the cleaning service. I plan to request this service again in the future.

One-man show arrived. On time. He got to work immediately. I watched the entire time. Very efficient and very thorough. Best clean I have ever had for my beige carpet & off-white sofa and loveseat. I have used Stanley Steamer many times, as well as most all other local providers in the past. This company "out-cleaned" them all. The best results I have ever had. I will be using them for my mom's apartment in Summerville as well as my dad's home in Summerville.

I called American Carpet Cleaners on a Wednesday afternoon and they were able to schedule me for Monday afternoon. I was quite pleased. The price he quoted was nearly $300.00 less than two other places I had contacted. On the day of the appointment, the gentleman called me about an hour ahead of time to tell me his approximate arrival time and he was here when he said he would be. He got to work, cleaned the furniture quickly and then moved on to the carpets. He did a GREAT job, even with being shadowed by a large dog! The carpets look great, and my furniture looks new! I couldnt be happier with the results and service. I will definatly call them again and will refer them to anyone looking for excellent results and pocket friendly prices. I purchased carpet cleaning ,7 rooms and hallway through Angie's List for $111 on the last day of an advertised special. The next day the price dropped to $99. I contacted the company since I hadn't had the service done yet and they gave me the new price without any objections. I was able to apply the difference to having a chair cleaned. The company showed up on time and did what I had contracted for them to do. So many times companies have hidden fees or try to talk you into adding services that you don't want or need. There was none of that. They did what they said they would do. I will definitely use this company in the future.

They did a great job. We had just closed on the house and didn't have any water yet. They worked around that and were able to get water from the street hydrant. They were pretty fast in cleaning the carpet and everything was dry the next day. They told us 2:30-3pm and they arrived at like 2:25. Its a good thing we were there because we've heard stories about them not waiting. On our end everything they did was great and went off without a hitch.

They were very professional, they worked hard and got in and out in a very reasonable time! I was concerned about one spot and they went over it and took care of it. If you have concerns, they will address that concern!

I am very pleased overall. I was a little taken back by Ronald having to use my kitchen sink to fill up a container with hot water, only because I had just cleaned and scrubbed my kitchen. I gave the punctuality a lower rating because when I originally scheduled my appt it was for 10 am, then I received a reminder call the day before and the message said it was at 10:30 am. On the day of the appt it did not start until appx 11 am. Ronald did call and let us know he was running late, but I had plans for the afternoon that I had to reschedule due to the delay. As I said in the beginning, I was pleased and I would use this provider again in the future. My carpets are clean and Ronald did an excellent job cleaning the carpets in just under an hour.

The service went really well. The cleaner was professional and knowledgeable. Made sure we didn't kill ourselves afterwards by laying down paper until it dried. I would use again in the future without hesitation. I did get the deal from Angieslist.

You get what you pay for. When I have used other carpet cleaners they have spot cleaned, but they did not. They did not move any furniture, they just went around it. For the price it was satisfactory.

When you call to schedule the male representative on the phone presents a demeanor of your bothering him. The service was scheduled between 2:30pm-3pm. My daughter arrived at the house @ 2:30 pm to a note saying sorry that they missed us and that we need to reschedule no phone number was given. I arrived at the house @ 2:33pm saw the note and immediately called the number I found through a quick search. 1200 square feet of carpet was cleaned in a little over an hour and the quick time reflected this. The carpets looked awful after the cleaning it was clearly a waste of money and time. Two days later I rented a carpet cleaning machine and spent 15 hours redoing the carpets that now look excellent. In the future if I am in need of another professional carpet cleaning service I will be shopping elsewhere.

Went well overall. They did have to come back as one of the rooms was not cleaned well. We set up another appt. and redid what they needed within a few days.

One person came out cleaned the carpets in about 2 hours. The young man very nice. I would tell a friend or family member to make sure to get back in touch with the company to schedule an appointment.

serviceman arrived on time was courteous, neat,and efficient. Work was performed quickly and carpets were cleaned well.

The technician was extremely professional and thorough. I have had my carpet cleaned before by other companies and they were unable to remove some of the more stubborn stains. With this company they had some of the works looking spots looking alsmot like new.

Cleaning went well. I thought that furniture would be moved to cover all areas but it was not.
