The technician arrived at the stated time. I showed him the areas in which needed to be cleaned. I told him that I had an additional staircase that needed to be cleaned. He said that there would be an additional $20 cost. I agreed to that amount. He immediately went to work. He cleaned all the areas in which he stated he was going to clean. He was very respectful of my home. He finished the job in a timely manner. Before he left, he stated the time in which it should take to let the carpet dry and recommended staying off the carpet until it dried.

Excellent communication upfront, easy to schedule, and helpful reminder the day before. Arrived 10 mins. earlier than promised, which was nice. Listened well and quickly, and got right to work. On this occasion, there was a veteran cleaner training a new guy, so I got to overhear the details in the process, and how very thorough and customer service oriented they are - and will continue to be. Very conscientious of the property, animals, any other concerns. The cleaning itself was very nicely done (and, again, thorough). Advised me at the end about drying times, safety of walking from wet surface to dry, etc. Very easy to recommend. Excellent from start to finish.

He worked quickly and thoroughly, He was very professional and answered our questions. The carpet dried quickly and it looked better than ever.

They called to schedule immediately and were able to schedule on a Saturday which worked great for us. They were on time and did a good job.

I was promptly contacted same day after purchasing the big deal from Angies List. Date & time of service was agreed upon on the phone call. They showed up early for the appointment, staff was friendly and professional and performed the expected service in an efficient manner.. I would definitely use them again.

They cleaned five rooms. I liked the price. I didn't feel the stain removal was very good. I think they should advertise that they use a portable machine. The company was responsive.

After I completed online RapidConnect order I had very fast response from Kathy. This was a pre-move-in job but Kathy readily coordinated all aspects of the job very well. Job was started and completed on time and looked very good when finished.

He arrived on time. When he got here is equipment seemed to be out of date. He dragged the hose from the front of home to up the stairs. He damaged the corner walls and it rubbed off the paint and it pulled off a small amount of drywall. I asked him to stop. He then Brought the equipment in the home and left it on my hardwood floors. When he did this he dropped water on my hard floors that I proceeded to clean up. After he cleaned the carpet the carpets were wet for several hours. After 8 hours it was still very wet, and he said it would be dry after 4 hours. After 10-11 hours they seemed to start to dry but still was not comfortable in walking around on them due to the dampness. When he left he walked on the hardwoods that I dryed off and left wet marks on my hardwood floor. He stated he would not charge me for the cleaning. I expected a call from the supervisor due to the issues but never received a call to follow up.

I'm going to have my carpets cleaned again. I don't feel like they did a satisfactory job. I told the man who was here to put the little plastic sheets under the legs of all the furniture and a lot of it is wood and it would stain the carpet. He ended up doing it but he wasn't thrilled about it. We had to provide some hot water for him.

It went great! The job was done fast and he was punctual.

It was good and everything went fine.

I wasn't expecting a miracle here. 20 year old white carpet that looked like it. I'll keep this simple. Have had it cleaned many times prior by different companies. Mediocre results every time. These guys ROCK!!! When they left, it looked brand new. What else can I say? You'd be an idiot not to use this company for the rest of your life.

It was good. I liked that they were local and I had a good deal. They were friendly, on time and polite. The carpets looked great. Overall, they were excellent. I'm planning to use them in the future.

Responsive and professional. Did a good overall job, there were some stains in heavy traffic areas that did not come out as well as hoped, but this a function of the quality of carpet more than the quality of the cleaning. I think a specialized treatment of the stained areas would be required, which was not part of the service that I requested and paid for.

Very, very friendly gentleman. Met expectations for the price. Wife was happy = most important thing. An hour late, but he called, kept us informed, and looked exhausted when he arrived-I could tell it had been a looong day of cleaning- which means they are busy-which is good thing I would think.

Technician arrived as scheduled. Was professional and performed the cleaning to our complete satisfaction.

Overall satisfied with work. Some areas on the area rugs were questionable on how well they were done.

A little late, but they made up for their tardiness with the quality of work performed. They got out stains that another provider didn't get out, so I was very pleased to say the least. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

Other than a 45 minute delay in arriving (they did call and let us know) the seervice and provider were great.

On time and did a good job.

Initially made the appointment for for 9am, after an hour of waiting called and they stated they didn't have us scheduled but sent someone out in about an hour.

They are out of my service area now that I've moved.
