Very prompt and professional. The clean was ok, but not impressive.

They showed up on time and did a good job. We have white carpets, and they were noticeably cleaner after the service.

The whole process went very smooth, was done in about an hour.

The positives for this company were that it was easy to schedule an appointment, the technician was punctual and the price was great. Unfortunately the positives can not outweigh the big negative, which was the quality of the work. The technician arrived at my door, unloaded his equipment, set up his equipment, cleaned the carpet in two rooms, a hallway, and on a stairway, broke down and loaded up his equipment all in the span of 30 minutes. I think it is near impossible to expect that the a quality cleaning could be completed in that time frame. The technician said that a deodorizer had been used, but there was no noticeable scent from a deodorizer or cleaning fluids. So, the great price was not worth the poor quality of work, because the carpet will need to be cleaned again.

He called to say he was running a little late. I appreciate that. He was done in less than an hour. Some stains are already returning. He warned about that but I don't expect the same stains to return.

They were great.. They confirmed 2 days in advance they were coming and re-confirmed the time. I received a call from the technician that he was running late (it was raining heavily that day), he showed up when he said he would. It was great to get the call in advance that factors outside of his control was causing him to run late, I was able to get some additional work done. He was upfront about what he was going to be doing when we completed the walk through and quickly completed the work. Very friendly and easy to work with. Great experience overall.

My carpets were cleaned and they did a great job. He even helped me move some of my kids items around. Arrived early, Called and asked if he could arrive early. Worked his behind off cleaning my rugs and did it in such a professional manner.

I felt the msn was very rushed

We purchased the carpet cleaning deal from Angie's list after we purchased our home. The previous homeowners left the carpets in complete disarray and our allergies were killing us. American Carpet Cleaners came in and quickly made everything better. It took maybe 45 minutes to clean all the carpets in 3 rooms as well as the closets. Our allergies are completely gone and I'm incredibly thankful for their help. When we need our carpets cleaned, they're definitely the company we'll call again.

It went very good and I would use them again!

This is the first time I used an Angie's List special offer for carpet cleaning. The price was $59 for three rooms. It was a reasonable price and the company did a very nice job with the cleaning. A good thing for customers to know is they can only really clean the visible parts of your carpets, so if it's not a move-out, there will be parts of the carpet that will miss out on being cleaned due to the lack of ability to move the furniture out of the way. I just assumed their equipment would have the necessary tools attached to reach and clean the harder-to-get-to areas of the carpet, like under the bed, but no. This meant it was mainly a deeper clean of the same areas I can reach on my own, but no real deep cleaning of the areas you need most - the areas you can't get to or reach on your own (unless before they come, you have someone to help you move your bed out of the room). Just something to be aware of. Another thing I learned is you can be charged extra (the price of another whole room) if you have a throw carpet over wall-to-wall. Again, not information readily available when you purchase the offer, however, I rate them high on customer service because when I mentioned that this was not stated anywhere in the offer, they honored the offer, which I appreciated. So I give them a high rating of A on customer service, with a B rating for ensuring customers are aware of some of the caveats.

the person was on time. Was very focused on his job all through. No mess created or left after the job?.have used this vendor twice with great results for upholstery cleaning.

I called for a special deal to have the carpet cleaned. I asked for added services, an additional room and furniture, and received them for an additional cost. He took a lot longer than expected to complete the job, which was fine but I expected it to be thorough. He missed areas. The technician was not friendly at all.

It was fine. I had no problems with them- they were fine and the work turned out well.

fair/good - got an email on sunday eve at 4:14 pm reminding me of appt at 10:30 - happened to be at the house on monday and sent text to confirm appt at 12:14 received response that he had a "large" job at 0930 and would be there after that and I could contact him if necessary. i tried to call - but obviously he was working and did not respond to call. i left around 12:20 . i sent text msg at 5:22 pm asking for status - no response.. i called and was told " i guess he finished as he's been paid".....poor communication. quality of job was good - and thankfully he did not damage our freshly painted home. all - in - all - an okay experience, but would defrinitely prefer better communication between either vendor and/or the contractor and the customer. thank you.

Very well. Communication was excellent; he made suggestions and informed me of everything he was doing.

These guys are great! I first used them when I needed to clean the carpets and stairs in a rental property prior to selling. I purchased an Angie's Deal for the service. They texted with a reminder of the appointment the day before and arrived on time the day of and did a great job. They were so good that I used them again, a few weeks later, to clean all the carpets in the bedrooms of my home. They texted the day before to remind me and were even flexible when I asked to push back the appointment by an hour. They called when they were on the way to my place so I didn't have to sit around all day waiting. I will definitely use them for any and all of my carpet cleaning needs.

It was fine. There was nothing special. They did the job. They came out after a few days. It wasn't long. It was pretty quick. There weren't any time problems. I worked at home. I was working while they were doing it. They were fine. They did it quickly and thoroughly. They did a good job.

They were prompt and efficient. However I had to point out some spots that were missed. They then retreated and cleaned the spots.

We needed three rooms, a loft, and a set of stairs cleaned. American Services had good reviews through Angies List, so we decided to go with them. The technician was 45 minutes late, and when he came he told me that he could not reach his hose all the way upstairs. In fact, his hose only went five steps up the stairs. The technician informed me that the only way he would be able to clean upstairs would be to bring the machine base inside our house and upstairs; doing this, he said, would risk spilling dirty water onto our freshly cleaned carpets. That's just what what we want, other people's dirty carpet water spilled all over our freshly cleaned carpet. Oh wait, no we don't...that's why we hired a carpet cleaner. American Services did not supply the technician with enough hose to complete the work he needed to complete. The technician was very kind, and he was put in a very unfortunate position by this company. My husband and I were put in a very unfortunate position, as we have company coming into town, several peices of furniture moved, and a schedule arranged around a service that never took place. We could not be more disappointed, and would never call them again, or recommend them to anyone else.

The technician arrived toward the end of the estimated time, that is why I gave him a 4 for punctuality. I had carpet cleaned in three bedrooms and a living, room dining room combination. The carpet looked very nice when he was done. I had paid extra to also have the living room couch cleaned. He worked fast but thorough. We were very happy with the results. This carpet is over ten years old and was very dirty. He was able to get almost all the spots out. It looks so much better. I would have American Carpet Cleaners again.

He arrived on time and did an excellent job. Very nice gentleman.
