Yes I did and it was fine. It was less than a week. I scheduled it at my schedule so it was my choice of date.

The carpets and stairs eventually got cleaned, but it was a bit like a bad comedy routine. (FYI, this was the first time I've used this carpet cleaning service.) The first cleaning technician arrived on time and was very courteous, but it was a little disconcerting to open the door to a guy who was pretty scruffy and didn't have a marked vehicle. I had not realized that this company does not use vehicle-based equipment. He had a unit an hoses he unloaded from his car. He also had to get water for his machine from my kitchen sink, since he needed hot water. Tech #1 was only able to get 1 1/2 rooms done before his carpet cleaner (which looked and apparently was almost brand new) stopped working - the extractor pump wouldn't operate. He ended up having to go down to Mt. Pleasant to get a different unit (I am almost up in Summerville), and only finished the remainder of the 2nd room before unit #2 gave out. I myself gave up after that too as I had kids getting home from school. Thankfully I work from home, so I was able to arrange to get the remainder of the carpets/stairs done the next day. It was a different technician who came to complete the job; very courteous as the first fellow. Still a little rough on the appearance/car side, but he was very efficient and thorough. No issues with the equipment he used, so the rest of the cleaning got done with no other breakdowns. Since the cleaning equipment was not very high-powered, my carpets were pretty wet and took a while to dry. That was fine and I had planned for that since this carpet cleaning service is not one of the 'steam/dry fast' services. I was ok with the service performed given the price, even with the equipment issues.

The person was pleasant but kept explaining things he couldn't do and the carpets still had spots after it dried and dirt seem to rise up in other areas. The carpeting was not that dirty either. I was also expecting the water that was used would be really heated, not l warm water from a container in the truck. He barely had enough water to do the job. He was also a sub contractor that I was not expecting either. I was under the impression that they had their own staff that did the work. He also charged me an extra 15.00 dollars for the work due to the amount of space. I paid him in cash, even though when I explained to the nice lady on the phone to set up the appointment she said the 1000 square feet would definitely cover it. I didn't have their phone number and I did not know how to do Angie's list warranty or I would have contacted them as well but now that is too late.I was actually waiting for them to ask me to review the service and it just came.

They were friendly, fast, and did a good job!

It was worth what I paid. He was there an hour or less with a big loud machine. Carpet looked a lot better. There were some stains that he said he did the best he could on after I offered to pay more to get them out. I got what I paid for though I would like to have seen more effort given to stains. Very fast for a lot of space. Good overall.i had heard in other reviews that the machine could scratch the floor. It was on a mat at my house. No scratches. I had also read it wouldn't reach through someone's whole house. These stains were the greatest distance from the machine. Overall all, good.

It was terrible. There were additional expenses. Because I had an ottoman with a chair, I had to pay something extra and I did pay the extra amount. But, none of it got cleaned. So, I wasn't very happy and I had to have it done again from somebody else. It wasn't satisfactory. It was more than we thought it was going to be. His helpers weren't very good. He wasn't the one who came to the house. They could have redone the upholstery cleaning.

Fine, but a few stains remained. Possibly some were permanent, but thought one or two could have been cleaned a bit better.

Wonderful company! The gentleman that showed up for the appointment was extremely nice, caring and professional. The job was done very quickly and my carpets looked great! I would absolutely use this company in the future. Thank you for a job well done!

Great ! She was on time. Price as agreed upon. Work was performed in a timely manner. No complaints as far was the quality of work. Great job!

They were punctual, professional in demeanor, respectful and my couches looked like new. And I have a large dog who is allowed on both of them so this is saying a lot!

I have been away for medical reason and I am ready to call upon them once I am settled in.

decent job. living room carpet still pretty stained but the guy said he treated it twice. Did the best he could and nice enough guy.

Ron showed up in the 30 minute window he had given us the day before, being an early appt. He was very professional, expedient, and a nice guy.

Soaked the you-know-what out of my carpets when I pointed out that the traffic areas weren't coming clean; the stairs which were done last) are especially soaked. He kept pointing out that he's going over the area with more water.... I said how about not applying water but going over with the extractor until you've to pulled out what's already soaked into the carpet and pad. He said he couldn't get it any cleaner because it's a high traffic area. Now I'm spending my day off on my hands and knees with my Bissell Green machine extracting the excess DIRTY WATER from the carpet. AND< I didn't appreciate the way he kept saying he was "going to have to call the company" and "report the situation". Good !!!!!!!!!! I hope he does!!!!!!!!! If that's their best, I want them to know they have an inferior product. I wasnt going to bother with a review; sure got what comes with a "bargain". But now that I've spent close to two hours doing the job I just paid someone to do I'm furious. I wish I could upload pictures, especially one of the FULL dirty water compartment in my little green machine. Totally disappointed this was an Angie's List company.

The gentleman who came to clean my carpets was personable, and did the job quickly without any issues. He was, however, late to the appointment. I don't know if it was scheduling issues or something else. It was the only issue with the service.

They did a great job, even got out some purple stain/dye? that I didn't think would be possible to get out.

Overall not good. The guy did call and say he was running late. I had a 2:30 apt and he got there at 3:30 or so. Late, but ok since he called which was great. But he rushed through the cleaning. There was dust lint and water left behind on the mat down stairs by the door. He dumped the water and lint from cleaning on my grass by the flowers. I had to use gloves to clean it up from the grass. Took pictures too since I have never seen this done by a carpet cleaning company. As for the service, there were water and dust lint from the cleaning in spots I had to vaccume up. The guy did a rush job. I use resolve in the stain areas and they came up lighter. Should not have to go behind a carpet clean and have to use resolve to clean areas. In his defense he was running late. But I would have rather him come back another day then rush cleaning the carpets and not doing a fully good job.

Arrived on schedule, had ALL Those were his work tools/ stock ready, Ready to work right away with no dawdleing. He asked us questions to proceed at a steady pace. When he left, the rugs looked marvelous! We have pets, so along with the wear, we have the stains., those were GONE. The place smells so fresh, just like spring cleaning. Quick, persoable, professional, cautious and qualified to do the job correctly. We will recommend.

It looked great when he was done and he even touched up the rugs on the way out.

I bought a $69 big deal for this service and it was, like, a C. He had put a lot of water that was on my hardwood floor. He told me some of the spots were not easy to come up due to the simple fact that this little thing he used, the hose that he brought in dripped water on my laminated floor. He was professional and I think he was on time.

Outstanding service. No bad reports.
