Description of Work: What a great job, exceeded expectations. I had not had my vynal cleaned in 3 years and it is now spotless. The price was fair and Barry was very friendly and responsive. Be ready to wait 2-3 weeks for service, as he is booked up...although he did ask if I needed it sooner (not sure if that would have cost more or not). End your search, you have found your pressure washer.

+ -1 moreThe exterior of my house was filthy. The fascia and hardiplank siding were filthy with grime and green algae. A significant portion of my deck was covered in black fungal growth. Barry did a wonderful job with my house. Now, the house pops out, bright and shiny, as if I had a paint job. The deck looks as if I had all the boards replaced. There is a 10 X 10 shed next to the house that was filthy and not included in the estimate. Barry took the time to do it anyway, for free. I really like it when the owner of the business is the one who also does the work, rather than sending crews out to do it. Seems like owners who do the work themselves really make an extra effort to do the job right. I highly recommend Barry for pressure washing.
Description of Work: I had my entire house (approximately 1700 sq.ft.), including two porches and deck, pressure washed.

+ -1 moreI was so impressed by Barry's professionalism and the pride he took in his company. He was honest, fair, punctual, and always returned my calls. To me, this is a rare thing. I've had to call some companies several times a week for several weeks before they bother to get back to me! If you need your house pressure washed, and if you want the job done correctly, the call A Clean Wish!
Description of Work: I checked out pressure washer companies on Angie's List and chose A Clean Wish because of their excellent ratings. I called Barry and explained what I wanted done. He questioned me on the size of the home, types of problems, and so forth. He was able to give me a quote over the phone. We set up a time. I called him back with some questions of my own (like, does the solution harm plants, etc.). He always returned my phone calls within an hour, and he was professional with his answers. We set up a date; he called the day before and told me what time he'd arrive. He arrived promptly, set up his equipment, and did the job. The price quoted was the price I paid. He did an awesome job. We did a walk around the house, and he made certain that I was completely satisfied before he left. I'll definitely use A Clean Wish in the future.

On the day of the appointment, he was running ahead of schedule and called to say he could come earlier, which worked out great. He used a soft wash on the ranch style home and completed the job in about 90 minutes. The house looks terrific. Fair price and would definitely recommend and use again in the future!!!! Barry is professional and attentive to the homeowners concerns. He did my front and back concrete slabs for free since I did not have my screen porch washed which was included in the price. Very satisfied!!!!!! A pleasure to do business with! A+++

He showed up on time and gave me a full estimate of the job he was bidding on. We then set a date and time for them to conduct the work. He showed up on time on the date he said he would complete the pressure wash. After he completed the job he asked me to check the work he performed. He did an excellent job and the house looked like new. I asked him to return next year at the same time to redo the house again. Thanks angie's list for helping me find a great company

+ -1 moreThey completely power washed - but soft washed our house which is actually quite tall. It is already a raised first floor and then the house starts. It is equivalent to a four-story house because it is raised; so they did all the way up to the roof including the chimney area. They were very professional and very quick. They were a pleasure to deal with. They gave a quick estimate. It was a package deal; so I think I spent $350. I would use them again in the future.

He called closer to the date and setup a more exact time and arrived on time for the job. I was pleased with Barry's work and would use him again in the future for pressure washing or any other jobs.
Description of Work: Barry arrived to pressure wash my house, he was very thorough and did an excellent job. He used a great cleaner to to make the windows spotless and got every speck of pollen and dirt off of the house.

+ -1 moreI called " a clean wish 1" and gave the size of the house and 2 porches to be cleaned. The owner asked that I remove everything off the porch. I was given an estimate and that was what I was charged. He brought one person with him and they covered the bushes and plants. They were finished in about a hour and a half. They also cleaned the outside of the windows and screens. They did an excellent job and I was impressed with them. They were very proffessional and efficent. There aren't many service people in this area that I am impressed with,but these people really impressed me. Call them you won't be disappointed.
Description of Work: House and 2 porches were power washed. The size of the house is 1,350 square feet. They also cleaned the outside windows and screens.

+ -1 moreDid a great job. Showed up on time, actually a little early. I liked the fact that he didn't use a ladder that might cause damage to the gutters. He had long extentions that reached as far as he needed, getting hard to reach places. House didn't have a strong smell of Chlorox like my nighbor's house when finished. Whatever chemical he used worked great and didn't hurt my plants. Will use him again next year.

He responded to my initial request for an estimate within 20 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. He then gave me an estimate over the phone based on a few details I provided. His price was 300.00 less than a more "popular" firm. He set an appointment... Called to confirm the day before and arrived a few minutes early. He completed the job in 2 hours and even repaired some siding at no extra charge. He was friendly and professional and did a great job..the house looks wonderful!
