Great lawn care service. Yard always looked great after they were there. Very lacking in customer service though. I was expecting my yard to be serviced but it was postponed a week due to weather (this was communicated to me). No prob. The next week came around, yard not serviced. It had rained again that week & I didn't think much of it. 2 weeks later, yard still not serviced. I emailed Tammy & she tells me she cancelled my service due to a realtor friend of hers telling her my house got a contract on it. (I'm still living in the house at the time & need the yard looking nice before new homeowners move in). It's crazy that she didn't reach out & before abruptly cancelling services without telling a customer. Would not recommend this company at all.

very well as always, Barry has come out and done our house several times. Each time is like looking at a house that's 20 years younger! Each small area nook is done, large area's look great! It had been 3 years since the last time we had a pressure wash, very bad. I sent an email through his website, and got a call the next day. Very responsive, a reminder call the day before he came, he was right on time, done in a few hours. I will call again, only sooner!

Barry has powerwashed our house every year for several years now. He has been incredibly professional and responsive 100% of the time, and he always makes sure we are satisfied with the results. If there is anything of concern, like clogged gutters or loose anything on the house, he has always let us know. It's almost like getting a free exterior inspection on your house. My local family members have also had Barry powerwash their house for longer than I have, and all have raved about him. I trust him completely and would recommend him to anyone! In fact, every now and again someone on our neighborhood Facebook page asks for a powerwash company recommendation, and my sister and I are both quick to jump in to say, "CALL BARRY!" You won't be disappointed.

We have a two-story house approximately 2700 square ft. We have a front porch on both the lower and top floors. We also have a small screen room with a pebbled-rock type flooring that they also power washed. All of the mold and mildew was removed and it was pretty bad especially on the white porch railings on both floors. It actually looks like the siding has all been repainted! I couldn't be happier. I canand quot;t address the professionalism of the worker or workers since I was out of town when the work was done, but the person I talked to on the phone was knowledgeable and the price quoted was acceptable.

Working with Barry was a wonderful experience, and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone! My initial contact with him was via email to his company. I received a response within 24hrs with an apology for the delay! During our phone conversation, he explained everything about his work, the products used and answered the questions I had. An appointment was scheduled for 05/14/14. Barry was on time, worked efficiently, did an excellent job, and I plan on scheduling him for the fall! Anyone reading these reviews about A Clean Wish 1, LLC, make the call! You will be glad you did!

They've been very good, on time, pleasant, and kept their pricing the same for the last couple of years but they do a good job. The staff is good and does a very good job.

A Clean Wish came to our home and estimated the cost to clean our house, wood deck, wood pergola and brick patio (which was around $300). I ended up just having them clean the house, and took care of the other areas myself. They came while I was out of town on business and did a fantastic job. No detail was missed and the house was sparkling. They called me in advance to let me know what time they would arrive and were professional throughout the transaction. I would recommend these guys.

He did an excellent job pressure washing our house. It had been some time since it was washed, and he made it look like new again. He was careful of our plants and bushes. He was dressed professionally and did a professional job. I had heard horror stories about pressure washing jobs that didn't clean everything. He worked very hard and we thought the price was more than reasonable for the amount of work he did.

First of all, Barry was very responsive in returning my call the next day, coming over for a free estimate, and being here when he said he would. He had a very tight schedule, but when we told him we had some company coming, he was able to fit us in. Also, he took the time to show me exactly what he would do and how long it would take. We were very happy and will use him again in the future!

A Clean Wish showed up 30 minutes early and set up their equipment and began work at the time they quoted. They really pay attention to detail. Everything looked great and they are extremely friendly. I had a very small plastic shed outside and even though it wasn't in the agreement they pressure washed it too at no additional charge. They were done with everything in about 2 hours. I did not know until I saw their truck that they also do landscaping. Inquiring about some landscaping ideas led to them giving me some great lawn tips. These guys are fantastic!

Though very busy at this time of year, A clean wish did all he could to accommodate us in the timeframe we wanted the house cleaned. Showed up punctually and did a great job.

Barry was on time (early actually), performed the work in a timely manner and even gave us advice on getting stains from the grill off of the patio. We will use this company again and would recommend it.

I chose the company because of the good reviews on Angie's List. I called and left a message and Barry called me back the same day. He gave me an estimate over the phone for the home and said he could let me know when he came how much the decks would be. After all the sunny days we had for the past week or so, of course it poured rain the day he arrived. He was very professional and handed me his business card when I opened the door. He spent about 3 hours in the rain and did an excellent job. Most people would have rushed through the job and probably charged more. My decks and windows and house haven't shined so much in I can't remember when. They also do yard work and we have a big lot with lots of trees which he said they charge by the hour so it would be hard to give an exact estimate for cleaning up the leaves but I have a feeling it will be reasonable. We may even hire them to do regular yard maintenance after all the leaves are done falling. It sure is nice to find a company that you can trust.

If you are in need of pressure washing, this is the company to use. Barry was responsive to my initial call to set up an appointment. He was on time, polite and totally professional. The work was completed promptly and as promised. He accepted the Angie's list coupon with no hesitation. I will definitely use Barry again.

Using previous ratings as a guide, I called A Clean Wish to make an appointment. I received a call back later in the day. Barry (the owner) asked about the size of the house and the amount of landscaping around the house that would need to be moved and/or protected. He estimated a charge of $140.00. On the day of the appointment, he was a half hour early. He set-up his equipment and finished in about two hours. The house is now spotless. Barry does not use a high pressure washer. He saturates the siding with a plant friendly solution and then, scrubbing where needed, rinses it off. This was important to me as I did not want water forced under the siding. The cost was $140.00. I was and am totally satisfied with the work that A Clean Wash did. I highly recommend this company and I will use them again.

I contacted A Clean Wash in late October to pressure wash my house, and due to his schudele he could could not come till early November. I was not home when the work was performed, but by the results I am very pleased. My mother was home at her house and she was very happy with the results of his pressure washing.
