Response from 911 Service Today
Firstly, apologies for my delayed response to your review. I have tried to contact you several times & left messages for you on July 1 & July 3. We have also contacted the people at Angieslist to try to reach out to you & in order to confirm this review with you. The last time we serviced anything for you was on May 6 of 2013. We fixed your gas range, fridge & washing machine. The specialist who serviced your appliances repaired the washer & the fridge at no additional charge, repairing wiring on your washing machine timer asm & clearing a clogged water line to the icemaker. The oven had to be repaired with part(s) as it needed an ERC. When we called for feedback & follow up, the opportunity to express any concerns or dissatisfaction were presented to you, yet we received no negative feedback at that time (May 10, 2013). Its very disturbing that we have received a negative review from you, especially when the last date of service provided by us to you was more than a year ago. We have no record however, of ever having serviced anything for you in January 2014. Again, I have attempted to contact you in order to confirm what the actual services provided on January 10, 2014 were for, in the hopes of confirming the event & transaction, so that a refund could be offered. If you could reproduce a receipt or even a check or credit card transaction from that time with payment to us for services rendered on the date that you claim we provided services to you for, as reflected in your review, we will be more than happy to refund you. However, at this time, we have searched our records thoroughly & have not found any services provided to you for the date of January 10, 2014. My goal is to keep our customers satisfied & happy. I value the trust any customer places in us & try to treat all my customers the way I would like to be treated, which is the Golden Rule of life & has served me & my company well in all aspects of business. We take pride in our workmanship & work hard to constantly improve. Every customer we service is presented with the opportunity to express any concerns or dissatisfaction in a 7 Question Survey, which helps us to analyze all aspects of the company from the office personnel, to the technician & the overall quality of the services provided. If a customer is less than 100% satisfied, we offer a refund & we use that survey to analyze our weakest part(s) in business infrastructure. I’d like to encourage you to check your records again to find something confirming that the company who serviced you on January 10, 2014 was indeed my company.
