Description of Work: checked my washer, as I thought it was leaking but it wasn't which was good. So I did not have to pay for repairs, like parts etc, The guy was very nice!

Description of Work: I called them to service a dishwasher that had no power. They found the problem within a few minutes. I received a proposal to replace the faulty part but did not accept it since the cost was approximately 50% of the new dishwasher cost. This was also noted on the proposal.

Description of Work: I discovered accidentally that the side vent set up on the dryer purchased years ago by my mother was not only shoddy, but an extreme fire hazard. (I would never have believe that THAT retail establishment would have sent such a mess into the home of an elderly, unsuspecting woman.) The 911 Service Today technician diagnosed the problem in his first visit, and recommended a course of action that would correct the problem. A second house call was necessary since the repair required that a part be ordered. The technician was very efficient, knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and punctual. My only complaint with the company is that there was some delay in contacting me to schedule the second house call. I was very pleased with the service and the price, however.

Description of Work: I had two appliances with issues...my dishwasher and wall oven both were inspected and "fixed", they gave me a quote for the DW pump but as I expected it wasn't worth the price of a new DW. Jim conducted a very thorough inspection and all was completed in a timely manner. |

Description of Work: They checked our dryer to discover the vent duct was filled with lint from previous owners, and not allowing air outside. They couldn't clean the vent, but gave us the name of a great company that cleans vents. Dryer vents clogged are a fire hazard, so we are happy to have it completely cleared and scheduled yearly for a clean out.
