He was very nice and efficient, and we appreciated his honesty when he said he could get it running but it probably wouldn't last -- there was too much damage. We'll be buying a new freezer, but we will certainly use 911 Service Today for any future repair needs.

He replaced it and said the washer should last quiet awhile. It's 9 years old. He was very polite and professional and explained everything very clearly. I. Would definitely use 911 again.

Description of Work: They attempted to correct problems with gas range burners. It was impossible to access the gas / air mixture shutter. 911 stopped the attempt when it appeared the cost would be too high. Technician explained the problem and provided alternatives.
