Description of Work: Our refrigerator stopped working. They came out right away, problem solved the issue and fixed it on the spot. They even showed us what caused the problem and how to fix it on our own if it happened again. The technicians were friendly and professional. It was a pleasure to work with them! We will use them for any appliance repair in the future and would recommend them to any of our friends.

Very unprofessional.
Description of Work: I called at 8:00am and left a message regarding repair for my refrigerator freezer. It's now 4:00pm and never received a call back. After calling their competitor an appointment was scheduled, they arrived promptly and they just left after resolving my issue.

Description of Work: We called about a loud noise in the refrigerator and the next day Andrew came out, right on time. He diagnosed he problem as an iced-up evaporator fan, so he deiced it and moved the thermistor so that it wouldn't happen again. At our request, he also removed the non-functioning ice maker. Great job - very knowledgable technician, very professional.
