We were not able to get same day service, but when he arrived the next day, the repairman did do a temporary fix as parts had to be ordered. Replacement of parts went well.

My washing machine wasn't draining. We tried all the error codes on newer washing machine. They came out, they told me my washing machine was still under warranty and for like the dryer. They told me everything that was still under warranty for like 10 years. He found the problem and fixed it in less than an hour and like charged me $90.00 and that included replacing the part.

Very well. Fast and efficient. Was originally given an emergency appointment and they had a cancellation and was able to service me during normal business hours. Second appointment was scheduled for Wednesday late and called Tuesday at noon to see if I could see them laer that afternoon.

Tech called ahead as promised and said he was running ahead of schedule. He asked to arrive early and then did. He diagnosed issue. Provided list of parts required, and office called next day with quote. We decided not to fix and office was professional with no hard sell. Would use again.

Outstanding service!. I especially appreciated the upfront and honest assessment. After an evaluation of my washing machine the serviceman suggested due to the cost of the repair, the age of the appliance and the issues he typically see an similar models he suggested replacing it rather than repair. He could have easily taken my money to fix it but felt like it was time to buy a new one rather than sinking more money into it than it was worth. I have referred them to three other friends and we all will be using them in the future.

Very professional and ethical. Analyzed the washer and determined cost of repair would exceed cost of a new one. Replaced heating coil and thermostat in dryer. Did only what was required.

Initially there were communication problems between 911 and Angie's List because 911 did not receive notification of my $75 pre-paid service call payment. I had to call 911 myself to set up the appointment, but their staff was very apologetic and accommodating. Arik came by promptly the next morning (today) and found the problem with our electric dryer immediately: a bad thermostat. He was very efficient, cleaned entire work area, and dryer is as good as new. Worth every penny of approx. $150 total paid, especially if the dryer lasts me a few more years. I will definitely rehire in the future.

Their customer service was very friendly. The job had multiple steps, but it all went smoothly. The machine works like new and hasn't had any additional problems since.

They came when they said, the repair man was very professional and pleasant gave me the quote, did his job within an hour and left I was extremely impressed and I've already recommended them to several people, they are very good at what they do, I was very very pleased.

I was told when I brought the appliance in that it would be $45. I was told if additional parts were needed there would be a charge. When I picked it up there were no parts required, but they charged me an additional $65 for labor. I told them $110. was too much for just putting a little grease on a part.

Blair arrived on time & diagnosed problem of switches in back panel of range. I was just going to replace burners.

The tech, Drew, was very prompt and courteous. He listened, diagnosed as best he could, made some adjustments, and got it working again. Didn't order or put in any new parts because he didn't want to charge us for something unnecessary. It has been working well ever since.
