von Ahn Design, LLC is a custom residential architecture and design firm, offering a variety of services, from initial home planning to complete design and construction management, tailoring a design and construction process to fit the unique needs of each client. As custom designers, we create unique designs for each client, enabling the client to receive a one of a kind home based on their specific requirements. As a Certified Green Professional and the only licensed residential architect in the Green Building Council of Greater Columbia, our experience in residential green design, techniques and products is unmatched in the Midlands. Creating and designing your home in 3D, allows you to see what your home will look like before physical construction begins, enabling you to completely visualize your new home before the first mound of dirt is moved. Renderings and other 3D imagery can address potential conflicts before they are built. Because everyone's needs are different, we develop a custom process for each project based on the size and extent of your project, your personal goals and what construction experience you may have in order to develop the services and drawings that are appropriate for your project.

Pete did a fantastic job, he listened to all our needs and wish list. He visited our building site to pick the best location and positioning of the house to accomplish the best view. Pete made suggestions for things that we hadn't thought of. We just received our completed plans. Pete is very easy to work with and I would definitely use von Ahn Design again.
Description of Work: Pete designed a custom home for my wife and me.
