Peco arrived as scheduled and performed the job I had asked them to do. I requested an emailed receipt shortly after and they sent it inside a few hours.

I called PECO and there was a gentleman standing in my house 67 mins later. I called at 5:15 pm, on a Wednesday . And there was someone at my house 67 mins later. I still cannot believe it. Amazing service! I will use PECO only for all of my heating and air needs in the future.

The technician was outstanding. Very smart and efficient. He analyzed the problem quickly and accurately. When he returned to replace the part that he had to order, again he was very efficient, and he did all this while answering the dozens of questions I was bothering him with. (I have never lived in a house with a boiler). He really seemed to enjoy my inquisitiveness because I think he really enjoys his job.

Matt came out and did a good job by correctly identifiying the problem. He was methodical and provided a logical approach to provide the most cost effective solution. We also have to game plan going forward to prevent future problems.

Peco came to the rescue after we fired another company for trying to scam us. We needed a system put in asap because the hardwood floors were warping and Mary fit us in three days after first contact to start the installation. I was very nervous with the whole thing after the bad experience with the other guys. Mary and her staff were very patient and gentle with me. Jeremy answered all my questions during the install and was fine with me watching over everyone's shoulder. It took two days to install because Jeremy double checked everything. One for the ductwork and then one for the unit itself. Since the install, I have called Mary twice with questions about the system and how to protect it since we are in the middle of a large renovation. Each time I reached the answering service and Mary called me back within five minutes. Mary told me to call them when I am finished with my renovation so that Jeremy can come out and make sure that the construction dust has not caused any leaks in the system. They are really invested in helping to me to protect my system. These are good people. I will use their services to maintain my system.

They were very personable and very knowledgeable. I would use them again.

He was great. He was able to figure out the problem, and bypass it until he could come back and fully resolve the problem with the correct parts. He is coming back today.

I was not happy with their service. They came out 3 times to try to resolve the issues and never could. They charged me for 2 of the visits. They ended up having to change a part in the system. I also paid for an annual service plan. They never told me it was only for 1 year and they never came out to check the system. The technicians and personal were very pleasant and easy to work with. I never had issues with scheduling.

I thought about purchasing a maintenance program but the pricing was a little high. The technician did do a good job and I was satisfied with what they had done. I had no issues with scheduling.

They are wonderful! They are professional, courteous, punctual, and always communicate. We live in California and have a rental house in South Carolina. I have had Peco go out several times to service the heating and air unit in our rental unit with very short notice. They are always able to fix the issues almost immediately, if not immediately, all while keeping me and the tenant informed. I would highly recommend Peco!

The guy who came was very polite and respectful. He explained everything he did and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He explained we had a slow leak but gave alternative plans for dealing with it. He didn't just push expensive plans. The office called the next business day to ask how the visit went and my satisfaction with the visit.

I called to get an estimate because the old unit died.Mark Pfeiffer came out right away and looked over what we needed and wanted to be done, gave me an estimate . I checked out others then called Mark back within two days and set up for the work to done. He and his crew started work right away getting the old moldy duct work out .They changed two vents to better locations and enlarged some duct work to be more efficient for our house.They installed a new Lennox heat pump unit. The work was completed before time . The crew was very professional , polite and cleaned up as though they had never been here.
