Finding a Maytag repair man is very difficult. They came back to put the computer board in and that was not the problem so they had to order another one; there is one on top and one on bottom. The guy was very professional, very knowledgeable and they did a really good job. I did not like how much it cost and how long it took but you can not help parts that are not in. The person who did the work was very professional, friendly and a good guy. I never felt uncomfortable, very professional. His name was Daryl, he was great. It would have been nice to been done in a week, not three weeks. It was a little expensive. It is working great now.

NEEDED A RETURN VISIT, BUT WAS NOT CHARGED FOR THR SECOND VISIT.

Since my washer was only 4 1/2 years old, they got these parts for me from Maytag without charge and had them on the truck when they first came out. After they diagnosed that these two parts were the problem they were able to exchange them right there and then. My cost were the diagnostic and labor or the exchange but didn't get charged for the cost of parts.

Very well. Very pleased, but expensive.

It was under warranty. The guy really did a good job with that. I would tell others they were good.

They were good. They did come and the dishwasher needed to be replaced, and they weren't able to fix it. They told us that the inside burner was burnt out. We ended up having to buy a new dishwasher. We just replaced our dishwasher three months ago. Sloan's actually came and took a look at the dishwasher, and it was broken; it had to be replaced. So we ended up just using them for an evaluation and they didn't do anything for us. We had to go buy something new.

Very prompt to respond. Honest. Determined that the repair would cost more than purchasing a new machine.

More than exceeded met my expectations! I will definitely contact Sloan Appliance Service for appliance repairs in th future.

I asked for a call back to discuss the work for the price quoted. Never received the call. I decided to have the work done anyway. Afterwards, I found the ice bucket to be cracked. Called the company to discuss it, was told I would be called back by the owner, but I wasn't.

They got the work done quickly and on time. The issue was critical and they got us scheduled for same day service.

Frank the serviceman was very considerate and professional. He arranged to have replacement part delivered to my home and once it was delivered installed it. I had contacted other repair places one of which was listed on Angie's list and they never contacted me back. Sloan Appliance kept in contact with me to make sure I knew the serviceman was on his way.

Excellent. Great service getting the call setup and everyone kept me informed on next steps and we're prompt and courteous. Will use again if needed.

My opinion - very ethical company. I could not have ask for a better experience. The service man, Chris, was very professional, pleasant and courteous. He immediately diagnosed the problems, stayed focused and right on task even with my many questions/comments throughout. I commend Chris for his patience and willingness to go the extra step, on the spot, to get everything done.

Perfect service. The serviceman came and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it.

Prompt service. Friendly and knowledgeable serviceman. I had them repair my Bosch dryer. When it stopped drying again, they returned for free and got it fixed for good. !!

Great experience. Scheduling was fast and easy. Received confirmation call and email for appointment. Billy (the technician) called about 25 minutes before arrival. He hit the exact middle of my 3 hour time window for the appointment. Fast, efficient and friendly. Had the part on his truck and was finished in less than 45 minutes. Would defintely recommend for anyone in the midlands.

I have been using them for years and so, I would probably call them again. Their service is fine. I thought the price was a little bit expensive.

I called and set up an appointment for the next day. I wasn't given a time so I called in the morning and got an approximate time. When I said i needed to run out for just a moment, they checked with the repair person and he was on the way to my house. He was here in about 20 minutes. (Zane Gray) We went back to turn on the machine and it didn't come on, I pressed the on button again, it came on. My husband and I had done this repeatedly over the last week, so I was quite surprised. There was a little popping back noise when pushing the buttons. Zane explained what was behind the panel (a computer board and a plastic membrane over it) which can, over time, wear out. He then checked out the noise issue and said that he fixed it but it may have something to do with the bearings. After looking up all the parts to get the machine back to "new", it was cost prohibitive. He put everything down in his computer and charged me a diagnostic call only. Zane was excellent, efficient, and very helpful in understanding out machine.

Once it was determined that the part needed was no longer available, there was nothing left to do. My Angie's list coupon wasn't accepted because there was no "repair" done. so was my charge for a "service" call or consultation? That's a bit picky but I wasn't going to quibble.

They were very professional. It takes a couple of days to get them to come out, because they're a busy company. I can't really comment on their ability to repair, because they couldn't do it.

Our 8 year old refrigerator stopped working sometime Saturday evening 11/1/2014. We noticed it the next morning and new we had to go out and shop for a new refrigerator on a Sunday morning. We did that for half the day and could n't make up our minds and decided to go home and break out the coolers. We also decided to call Sloan Appliance, whom we had service some of our appliances before, the next day and see if they could come and check it out. To our surprise Joann, customer service, was able to work us in that same morning, Monday 11-3 by noon. Within 25 minutes of Frank arriving at our home on the agreed upon time he had replaced the control board and he was handing me a Thank-you package which included coupons for future repairs on any appliance. We found again that Sloan Appliance gives you professional, courteous, fast service from the initial phone contact to the punctuality of the arrival of the technician, in our case Frank. Upon answering the door Frank introduced himself and we proceeded to the kitchen. Frank is a professional, friendly man that doesn't waste any time doing what needs to be done. Efficient, professional and friendly. That kind of sums up the entire company from my perspective.

I was confident he knew what he was doing, was very experienced and thorough.
