“I think his name was Paul. He worked well with my step dad and assisted him with moving items to other freezer. He explained my options and I was satisfied with his expertise with our refrigerator. It was cheaper to buy a new refrigerator than to do the work. Recommendation: Don’t get a Whirlpool, it lasted less than 2 years before needing major repair.”

For many years (10+) we have used Sloan for our repairs. The staff sets the window of time for the repair without a hitch, and I am sent a reminder by email. The repairmen always arrive on time, smiling, and make the repair as pleasant an experience as one could hope for. Our recent repairman was forthcoming about the possibility our freezer could not be repaired, then he went went above and beyond to fix it. Yes, thanks to Sloan, the freezer is working again! All I want to say about Sloan's service is this: Professional. Knowledgeable. Courteous. Sloan is the best, without a doubt.

Had a problem with our 15 year old refrigerator. It was getting too cold on the refrigeration side & then the water filter component broke so it couldn't make ice or dispense water. Called Sloan's and they scheduled an appointment for a couple of days later. It took a couple of visits to get parts and to get everything finally working but Darryl was always prompt & courteous! I'll definitely call them the next time I need an appliance serviced.

I have lived in my current location for 25 years and have used Sloan Appliance on many occasions over the years. Every time i have been scheduled in a timely manner and the technicians have been fantastic. Always professional and honest. I highly recommend them for any appliance issue!!

I was told it would cost more to repair than buy a new one and repairman told me they happen to be on sale at Lowes. I appreciated the repairman’s honesty about the repair and not trying to talk me into expensive repairs. That told me they were more concerned about me as a customer rather than only caring about making more money. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

It was easy to make an appointment using their website. Just enter your model and serial number and explain the problem. Once the appointment was made the technician came as scheduled. He gave us a clear explanation of the problem and the costs to repair and even discussed alternatives.
