David Deshawn jimmy and jerevis were great! They did everything they promised, answered all my stupid questions and took very good care of me and my property.

Half of my project was installing and burying a drainage line to pull water away from my home. Brandon, Sergio, and Terrence did an exceptional job! From the moment they arrived, until completion, they were very courteous and willing to explain any and all questions I had. They even installed and buried an additional drain line from my gutter downspout next to the drain line they were installing and connected it to the yardwell along with their drain line. I would definitely recommend Mount Valley based on the work and character of each of these guys. They reflect good on this company!

From my first phone call to Ryan to discuss my needs to Lane Jack and Michael S doing my work, I have been more than pleased with the service and attention given to me. My project was more complicated than expected (due to the location of my utilities), but they did everything to ensure my foundation repair was correct and did not leave me in a bad situation. The guys were very respectful of my home and toward me as well. I would 100% recommend them to do your foundation repairs.

Each day my property was picked up and looked like the day they started.. Would highly recommend this group of people if you need work done in your crawl space.

The team, led by Trevor, and assisted by Kenny, Terrell and Garrett, worked very well together to accomplish the work we needed done to alleviate water coming into our crawlspace. They were courteous, friendly, professional, and did not hesitate to answer all our questions and explain the process thoroughly. Trevor and team brought other problems to our attention which we have decided to have Mount Valley repair also. Trevor and Shawn helped us get the process going to replace floor joist damaged by water. I would recommend Mount Valley if you have foundation issues that need expert repairs!

They did a great job

The company personnel are professional and friendly. They kept up clear communication through the job. It was very rainy and muddy and they did a good job of cleaning up after themselves.

Austin, Trell and Nick did an awesome job! We have noticed a huge difference with our moisture and water issues. Everything is functioning properly and saving us on our utilities as well. The air is much cleaner and healthier for us to breathe in. We are so grateful for all your help!

Lane, Marcus, and Dylan were at my house for 3 days. Zay joined them on the last day. They were all very professional and seemed to work well as a team. I really appreciated Lane explaining what they were doing at every step. They were very hard working guys.

The crews on site went above and beyond our expectations. Cody, Clark & Mr G were polite and very hard working.

Betsy Vega, John Willis, Grayson F, David A, DaQuan S, Nick G, Roman C and Cody H did a wonderful job. And as you can see from the pictures, they absolutely did rock it out. Cody is now my official “Crawlspace Hotline.” The leadership, customer care, workforce care and commitment to sticking with the job until its done right are the qualities any customer would hope to experience. In the beginning, Mount Valley made me feel like family, and in the end, Mount Valley took care of me like they would any member of their family--- and I will always be grateful that I chose them.

Austin, Trell, Dalton and Nick D. came in and Austin Breadle, the forman came in and explained what they were going to do. They went to work with enthusiasm and after they were finished they cleaned up! They worked hard and were very polite.
