I wish I had gathered estimates from other companies before I committed with Ram Jack to Mount Valley Foundations. The cost was outrageous based on that was presented as opposed to what was done. 1/2 half sheet of plywood and 5 - 2x6s ($1000) and 3 workers at $325/hour ($4000). When I questioned the cost, the customer service rep explained that was within the company pricing policy. I strongly recommend getting 3 estimates and do not think you are getting a good deal just because they discount the cost a little. There was plenty of meat on that bone.

They all had great attitudes. All three were knowledgeable with what was going on. On time and did the job thoroughly.

I would highly recommend Mount valley foundation. We had four men come the first day and all were very polite and worked together well. The other days Donovan and Durand finished the job. Some days they even stayed until 6:30 in the evening, working very hard. I feel very lucky that we had those two young men working at our house. The company is lucky to have them. So over all our experience with Mount Valley foundation was very positive.

These folks stabilized our sidewalks and a large cement slab in the front and back of our house. They were informative, very helpful, and customer-oriented. I hired them for a second job, much more extensive, lifting the entirety of the back of our house. They had some small scheduling changes, but the second crew we had out, with Forman, Jack K., Sergio, Michael and Shippy, were amazing. They took an impossible situation, and knocked it out in very little time. Excellent service. Great guys!

Damion, David, and Roderick were a great team. They arrived on time and completed the project in a timely manner. This was a crawl space encapsulation under a 30 year old house that had no attention to this space at all. This is the kind of maintenance project that is very worthwhile and they did it right. It was not in bad shape but they made it perfect!

They were on time with a curtesy call before arriving. Justin, Zae, Austin, and Eli were all professional with a great work ethic and attitude to get the job done

Raymond, Pat and Trevon worked on my structural work and they did an excellent job! Raymond was a great guy to deal with through the whole 2 weeks they were here. There is always hiccups when these jobs come along and the management took care of all of it and I truly appreciate all of it

Nick & Jacob were very courteous , and professional . They installed a Dehumidifier in my Downstsirs , I am very satisfied so far . I have to go through the summer with it to determine if it was worth the investment. They did a good kid with the installation .
