Description of Work: It was Christmas day and the heat went out in the house. Despite the holiday, the service technician was quick and VERY gracious. He offered to loan us his personal kerosene heaters until the part could be delivered. He went above and beyond, contacting several distributors to attempt to get the replacement part. Unfortunately it's an older house so the part wasn't readily available, but that he tried so hard meant volumes. We will DEFINITELY use them again. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: I contracted with Flowers in 2009 to install a new heating and air unit. Within 2 months at the coldest part of the year with a 2 month old the system broke down. I was told that the unit they sold me had been having issues with elements burning out but they did not tell me that. In addition, they could not come out when called due to weather and did not bother to check with me afterwards to determine if I had gotten the repair done by someone else.
