Generally good work, but when he did the maintenance he didn't have the right filters on his truck so he said he would replace those when he came back to fix the blower. When he did he forgot the filters again. Then the blower wasn't installed correctly so it didn't work and he had to come back to fix that and he didn't have the filters again. We called and they finally brought the filters. I think the need for the filters got lost when he started working on the blower. All was understandable and we weren't upset but it could have been a little smoother. They are generally very responsive and are certainly easy to work with.

I like Flowers Heating and Cooling. This is the only company I use. The service is good. They clean up behind themselves and everything. They are real professionals, polite and friendly.

Cannot remember the exact date of their last visit or the cost. They have always done very good work for me. Would recommend them highly.

I called Flowers for a rental property of mine that had a new system put in, in 2011. They arrived in a very timely manner and were very informative about the small part that malfunctioned. Flowers replaced the part the same day and under warranty, while I was only responsible for a small labor fee. They also work on my personal house and I've always been very satisfied.

I do not trust their advice and my contemporaries have not had good service with Flowers since the owner of the company passed away! I will not deal with them in the future!

They had everything they needed to make the repair on the truck. I called that morning and they were here within three hours. The technician was very knowledgeable and they don't try to sell you something you don't need. They are top knotch and I've recommended them to about 15 people. My son has also used their service to replace his furnace and AC units. Their prices seem to be reasonable and I have no complaints. They are an A+.
