At the time Missy was very kind and sent someone out to look at it without explaining that it was a service call and I would be charged 103.00. I was led to believe that I would be billed based on the work required. No work was required because it was faulty equipment not the circuit breaker. I’m not upset about paying I understand that no one works for free I’m upset because I was lied to when told I would get a free estimate and when I called missy to get an understanding she blamed me and acted like she did me a favor."
