Everything was good

Three times the price of other electricians and everything was done wrong. This was a full rewiring of two 900 square foot apartments. Building inspector FAILED the job. First, only one of the recepticals were installed properly for a plate to fit over them (I had to hire another electrician to put extenders on all the rest, so the plugs and switches weren't sunk into the wall). Second, they put the wrong size circuit breakers on both HVAC systems, which could have caused a fire. Third, they didn't put the correct recepticals in the kitchen and bathroom to pass code. Fourth, less than half the recepticals/lights went on when the meter came on. They were wired wrong...and two of them had no wires attached at all. Fifth, they did not staple the wires down per code...another reason for the fail. Sixth, they did not put that goopy fire stuff on the wires where required by code. There were other issues too. Seems like there was something wrong with almost everything they did. When I called to tell them about all the issues, Robert/Robbie said he would get back to me but then ghosted me after that. I can't believe these guys are allowed to put live wires in people's homes, endangering them. I've had a lot of bad experiences with contractors down here...but Sparkys wins the prize.

Garrett came out and gave a free estimate and came a couple days later to install new ceiling fan. Was on time and cleaned everything up. No mess. Would definitely recommend!

Had an electrical problem which needed to be looked at by end of week said they could come on Wednesday ended up getting a call that they could be out the same day I called. Very happy with service tech Chris and company would highly recommend this company.

Completely out of line with their pricing I have already talked to a number of friends of mine who are looking to have electrical work done and told them not to use Mister Sparky way way out of line with their pricing.

He was great, informed me step by step. Cleaned up after himself. Suggested a new box. Really knowledgeable of what he was doing

Was told by Mr. Sparky that repair part was unavailable from manufacturer, but when I followed up with manufacturer, the part is available and Mr. Sparky should have ordered the part and completed the repair. Repairman spent entire one hour diagnosing the problem which would normally take 20 minutes.

Great company - very prompt, prices were good and they explained everything that was needed, gave me a free estimate then promptly got to work in the job. Would highly recommend them.

Mr. Sparky delivers what they promise and more. Very quick response, 15 minutes, to a Sunday call. Very professional, personable, efficient and honest. They promise on time and they were. Communication at every step. What I thought was a need for a replacement part turned out to be whole panel replacement. If Donavan, the tech, just did that I would have had a big issue. Even a fire. He wasn't happy until he investigated what I was asking. Good thing he did. He was very professional, courteous, caring, knowledgeable and efficient. Everyone I spoke with, Shawn, Katey and Donavan were great. Kudos to them all. Mr Sparky is truly a professional organization and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them. And, they also have a plumbing company called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Don't hesitate to call either!

It turns out that we did not have an electrical panel problem. He taught us to turn the switch all the way off and then turn it on. He fixed a hanging electrical outlet. The other service who had given us a a quote of $600 in the house to purchase the curcuit breakers, etc. I'll be calling Mister Sparky again!

Mr Sparky called before coming, showed up on time and was very conscientious. Very pleased with Mr Sparky! Would use them again.
