My experience was fine. They were okay. They did not follow-up as well as I thought. The unit was really loud. There was something wrong with it. It is for a house with a tenant in it. It was for a rental property. So, the tenant complained. I called. They did not come. They finally did come about three weeks later and it was hot. So, the tenant did suffer. They fixed the problem which was their fault from the beginning that it did not work. They were nice enough people. The unit is working now. They did say they would come back out and check; they did not and bring filters and they did not. It was not expensive thing, but getting a new unit is expensive.

On Saturday evening about 7 p.m. we noticed that the house was getting warm although the AC was still running. It really wasn't, just the fan was running. So after checking the thermostat and seeing it was 83 in the house I checked the drain line outside and found that water was not coming out. That indicated that the AC was not running properly. Knowing we have a maintenance agreement with Broom I called and left a voice mail on the emergency number. Within 10 minutes I received a call from Thomas, who was the technician on call for our area. We discussed my issues briefly and he asked that I change the mode button to off and turn the fan on. That would thaw out the system by the time he got there if there was a freeze up issue. He said he was on his way and it would be about twenty minutes. He arrived on time. I greeted him at the door and after he pulled covers on his shoes he entered our house. He inspected the thermostat, went into our attack to check the unit there and then went outside to check the outside unit. Within 20 minutes of arriving he had diagnosed the issue, gave a price quote that we agreed to and he had replaced the capacitor and was leaving. Our home was cool again. Outstanding performance by Broom technician Thomas White. Broom Heating and Air replaced our AC unit at our first home and they replaced our unit at this home as well. We have been doing business with Broom for over 15 years and have always received prompt, professional, courteous service. Great job team Broom.

Prompt professional service. Workers arrived at 10:30 and worked straight through until the job was completed some 5-6 hours later (without stopping for lunch). Very polite and took care to clean up and also not to track in dirt.

Sam, the technician, repaired the unit. He was very familiar with the unit, plus he explained all he was doing and had the part with him so could fix the unit. He was very pleasant and took his time giving me options for future service. I will call them if I have problems in the future.

I don't have any issues with them. My husband pretty much dealt with them. It seemed that everything went fine and we didn't have any issues. They were in and out in one day. I would recommend them to others. It was a really good deal. We will use them again in about 4 or 5 months when we replace the other unit.

I used them because my mom and dad referred them. They have been servicing their system for quite some time; but I have gone back to my old system guys because they know my system and they have installed it from the day go. The price seemed a little bit exorbitant. I might use them. My system is just 5-6 years old.

As always it went without a hitch, from the appointment setting to the 1/2 hour call prior to the technicians arrival all went as it has in the past. Without a hitch. Broom technician Donnie kept us informed on what he was doing and the results. He was courteous, professional and prompt, as I mentioned before and even called after leaving to just say tank you again. Broom personnel are always professional, personable and prompt in returning calls or to the appointment when it is made. Outstanding is the best way to state the company as a whole.
