I really appreciate how Ben Roberts helped us with our generator we thank him and brooms heating and air.

BROOM!!! have the Very Best Employees!!! I would 110% recommend this company...Devin my guy that came this time, (third time using this company) Is the BOMB!!!! Extremely knowledgeable, went beyond his call of duty.....Customer Service also looked out for me. I called at the last minute to arrange an appointment for the next day, however did not work out....called right back and asked to be called if they had a cancelation and was called right back with appointment for the next day because they had a cancelation. Now that's service!!!!

The tech Grant came out a few hours after I called and was very professional and helpful. He was able to resolve the issue, explained what happened and showed me a video of the problem. I would use this company again in the future for A/C repairs.

The tech was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and cleaned up after himself, and most important..., the a/c is working great now.

As you can imagine, for a college housing property of over 600 students, not having a functional hot tub and grill on site makes for a lot of unhappy people. After numerous failed attempts to have this issue repaired, I reached out to Broom Heating & Air. The office staff scheduled the service call for the next day, which is unheard of this time of year, in our industry. Chris Clark and Eric Marra, came out and instantly knew what had to be done. The next day everything was up and running properly. Broom Heating & Air certainly knew what they were doing when they hired there staff, both office and field. Dependable ... Knowledgeable... Chris came out and was very thorough. He answered all my questions and made suggestions on how I could improve my filtration which I decided later to upgrade with a yearly filter. I was quite pleased with the work and decided to go with a maintenance contract. They are competitive with their rates and are on time. I woul definitely recommend them. They stand behind their work.

I've used Broom for service and repair for over a decade, and they're consistently professional, pleasant, fast, and fair. The latest visit from Brent and Sam was excellent. They had me back up and running in minutes! They replaced the capacitor, and checked the other components in the condenser unit, as well as the air handler.

Marty was professional and punctual, he took the time to explain all options to us. He went under our home to check our duct work and recommend some updates. He even honored an existing service contract from his competitor. The crew that put the unit in were on time and efficient, we couldn't be happier with our choice. Overall great team.

It was our second time using Broom Heating and A/C to repair a unit at our home. We experienced the professionalism and courtesy that we have come to expect from this company. We would not hesitate to call them again and will be recommending to anyone in need of a reliable and trustworthy HVAC company.

They come out did AC check, but they would not come back even though it was less than a month that there company tech had been here. when I called and told them I had a problem, that their tech told me about when he was here, that if he had not come out when he did it, would have been bad, this let me think he took care of it; also due to when he was done he told me our AC unit was good to go until next AC check. (even though he did not put in or bring new AC filters) but I think it still has gotten bad or is maybe worse, I just wanted them to check it due to a large; water build up on the ground near our unit more than before there tech came, but I was told I would have to pay if someone came to check. I think in less than a month of their tech being here they could have had someone come check. (or at a minimum come out with our AC filters that may have help fixed the problem)
