David was extremely professional and so polite! He diagnosed the problem, kept me informed, ordered the part and repaired the unit all in one day! Exceeded my expectations in every way. We will definitely use Broom for any future Heating and A/C needs.

They are consistent. I am just pleased. I wouldn't turn around for the different. Everyone they send out here is first class. I have been with them for twenty five years. Nothing to improve. If they keep doing what they are doing, I am going to stick with them.

I have been with them for many years. We have an annual service. They come out twice a year. Spring and Fall. Its an annual fee, for a couple hundred dollars. I just like the people who come out. They are always polite, quick, get the job done. They look professional. Just professional heating and cooling people. None to improve on. I am very pleased. Price is excellent. They are always on time. I have an on going contract with them, and have for years.

Chris Clark was very professional. He clearly explained the situation to me and promptly took care of the problem. He explained that his truck was well stocked with this particular part. Broom and their professional team surly do take care of their customers! This is a business you can trust without a doubt!

Well. The cause turned out to be a faulty condensation pump. The problem was resolved promptly. Only charge was service call.

Technician claimed valve broke off in hand. called the tenet to let her know she could meet them there without asking if I was ok with it. In past and on this occasion they have spent more time discussing the issues with the tenent than with me even though I'm the one paying.

Fantastic- it is such a relief to have a H & A company in our area that you can trust. Their employees are courteous and clean. You don't have to worry about them tracking dirt into your home. You can trust them in price and quality of work performed. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!!

Broom has always done an OUTSTANDING job with both service and new installations, This company has done both commercial and residential work for me in excess of 30 years, I have NEVER experienced ANY problem with their work or administration. I HIGHLY recommend them to fulfill any HVAC needs.

Tech David was very professional and polite.

Broom's representative got right to work, found the clog, cleaned it out, and left everything running smoothly. It was HOT in that attic, too. I ended up paying another $90 or so for the repair after the $45 diagnostic coupon. Well worth it.

Everything went smoothly. They also gave me good advice on gas logs.

Broom incorrectly installed aluminum wiring into a breaker/quick disconnect box when they installed a furnace for the previous owner (my daughter). I discovered the problem and had a master electrician who was upgrading my main panel box verify the problem. It took several years of complaining while Broom's good employee's left. Finally, Broom turned the business around and got some great people. On a routing spring/fall scheduled inspection, the great employee saw the problem, and had it fixed. I would have fixed this myself, but Richland County code require a licensed electrician, ad it was Brooms fault, so I kept on them till they took care of it.

They do maintenance twice a year, whenever I have a problem with it they come out and fix it.

We continued with them it was a annual fee there was no additional charges and I thought their prices was reasonable

Fairly well. Broom provided responsive service. The installers worked well to install, create, and work the system. The workers were always polite and well mannered. The "promise" of a multi-zone unit was to ensure better cooling throughout the house. We have not found that to be true at this point. The A/C continues to run continually despite raising the temperature in the three zones. One of the air lines is hooked to the wrong zone. They installed one of the temperature sensors in the wrong location and did not fix their mistake-drywall patch and paint. I also forgot to remind them to do so. Marty, the salesman, has remained responsive to calls/questions from me on a continual basis. Chris, the senior technician with whom we worked, was always professional and responsive. We continue to work the issues with the system.

Broom sent a tech out on an emergency call late on a weekday and found our upstairs unit nearly empty of refrigerant. He informed us that we likely had a leak and asked if we wanted a leak check done, we said yes. He then informed us that our evaporator coil was leaking and he would have to get the office folks to check on availability and pricing and told us they would likely include options. Since it was "famously hot" at 95 plus we had him recharge the system and hoped for the best. The office got back with us a day later with multiple repair and multiple replacement options, all fairly reasonable with the whole unit replacement option a very good price, less that I anticipated. Knowing our unit was nearly 15 years old, we opted for the whole unit replacement. This was a Friday morning and Marty said they could get to it Tuesday. During that same day, we discovered that the upstairs was 88 degrees, the re-charge had obviously leaked out. The folks at Broom the went WAY above and beyond the call to help us out, keeping us cool until they could arrange an earlier installation of the new unit. They did arrange an earlier install and he new unit was installed in less than 6 hours by two terrific techs who were nothing but courteous and professional and the unit is working well. As background, we frankly had lost all hope when it came to HVAC companies, in both their ability and honesty. We have had nothing but bad experiences with HVAC folks for many years, and had resigned ourselves to just dealing with the horror when it came to HVAC problems. However, the folks at Broom have restored our faith that there are decent, competent folks still in this business. Thanks Kevin, Marty, and all the guys there, terrific experience!

It was fine. They came and they're very professional. They didn't try to rip us off. They're very nice.

They gave us an estimate of a new unit and also they gave us an estimate of putting a new unit in and they were going to charge over $4000 just to put our unit that we had and I thought that was inappropriate. We did have somebody else give us an estimate but I thought that was a bit high to put in a unit when you can buy one for $6000. They were pretty good about coming out. The price for coming out and checking the unit was reasonable compared to other people's prices.

After speaking with the company about the pricing, I determined that it was fair based on the service I received. They were very cordial in explaining the cost in detail. Thanks for your time and attention.
