Excellent information in regards to the service of my air conditioning unit, the technician was very professional and information. If I ever need to call them back I would highly recommend the technician(Chris Clark) who came out to return. Highly satisfied with the services offered and would do business with them for all my service and repair needs.

The service given was great....the technicians provided quality service and explained the process all the way through. There were some hiccups with correct parts being delivered, but overall the the fix was thorough and professional.

Tim Lee came to my residence and performed the initial diagnosis and recommend replacement of a leaky Indoor Coil for my unit. Chris Clark and Justin arrived to perform the duty of replacing the Indoor Coil, adding refrigerant, and adjusting the system. All technicians call prior to arrival and within the expected time period. I found Tim, Chris, and Justin to be very professional and efficient. My system is running fine at this time and they will be my first call in the future!

David was very professional and great customer service. He replaced the capacitors as requested. I did elect to go with a maintenance plan since I would like semiannual service on my units as a prevention.

Broom Heating & Air responded very fast. Their service man, David Gregory, was onsite within a couple hours to access and repair an A/C blower that quit blowing. The attic was very hot but he worked to restore the cooling to my house within a short period of time. I would recommend Broom Heating & Air to a friend if they asked and I will call them again.

Fine. David showed up on time, was polite and efficient. He explained what needed to be done and completed the the job. He checked the unit to make sure it was working properly and told me to call if there were any further problems.

I think this company does an excellent job. I had two HVAC systems replaced (last summer) and they did an excellent job. Their annual maintenance contract is well worth the money. They are prompt, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. I had a small issue and called yesterday, and they were here at 8AM to resolve.

Chris and Justin were on time and did an excellent job going over their findings. Highly recommended.

It went exactly as promised. The specialist, Marty Jewell who gave me an estimate, was professional and extremely knowledgeable. I obtained estimates from 3 dealers in Columbia with excellent reputations and Broom's appeared to be the best. Work was performed exactly when promised. Marty did a follow-up inspection after the work was completed and made installers come back for some minor adjustments. I am extremely satisfied with the work.

Fantastic. David Gregory with Broom came out to my rental unit to do a maintenance inspection on the new HVAC system they installed back in April. Everything went well. The unit is humming, David was thorough and informative as well as polite. He was very good at communicating exactly what he had done and the condition he found the unit to be in - which was excellent. Nothing but positive comments to share. Yeah Broom!

It took several visits to get the system working due to its age.

He and another tech returned the next day with the parts that were needed and got to work replacing the malfunctioning parts. Soon, the heat pump was operating again. They were knowledgeable, professional and courteous.

Great. Professional, punctual, very thorough. We moved to SC and began researching HVAC companies to maintain our units eery 6 months. Broom is the best all the way around. I have never had such thorough and professional care. David, goes above and beyond.

I spoke with Broom Heating prior to paying $49 for a service call thru Angies list. We were with clear understanding that I need a second opinion for a repair job. Two guys from this company showed and told me that for them that the $49 was for them to show up and I would need to pay $149 for a leak test and diagnostics. This is a good scam job!

Techs were knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. This company has always done an outstanding job maintaining & repairing my HVAC unit.

Repair was effected promptly and efficiently. Repairman Chris replaced bad motor working under the blazing sun and 90F heat expertly, cheerfully and without complaint. I've have been a Broome customer for over 20 years for good reason.
