Sometimes I have to call to see when they're coming out, because they need to get inside for the thermostat. So if I haven't heard from them I call them. They're very clean, about not tracking anything in the house, and they're very professional.

The experience was excellent; they came when they said they would and you hardly noticed they were around. They did excellent work and did not spend all day doing it. They also service my heating unit and are responsive when coming out to fix a problem. This company's pricing is reasonable, all the guys are friendly and they know what they are doing. I will use them again in the future.

We have a two story home which I suggested two units; owner stated 4 ton unit would heat and cool our 3,600 square foot home. Installed was only one 14 inch return vent with one supply line for the entire home; no return vents were installed upstairs. Children constantly complain the second story is either to hot (during the summer) or to cold (during the winter). Requested someone to come out and check the unit. Owner stated there was nothing wrong with the unit; you can only expect temp inside to be 20 degrees cooler/warmer than outside temp. This was within the first year of our living in our home. Our power bills consistently run over 500.00 dollars a month with this summer's bills being consistently well over 600.00 dollars a month. We had a home inspection recently completed and was informed we have a moisture problem under our home. Our HVAC insulation is sweating so bad water is puddling under our home and holding moisture to our sub floor which is causing damage to it. We called Broom which a representative was sent out (he was very nice and professional). We were told to keep our vents closed to cut down on humidity from outside which would affect the sweating of the HVAC duct work; our vapor barrier should cover 100% of the ground under our home and they could replace the wet duct work totaling over several thousand dollars; and that with winter approaching the moisture problem would correct itself. We decided to have another opinion: The supply line to heat and cool our home is to small (should have been at least 18 inches) and with only one unit there should have been return vents upstairs to properly heat and cool our home. Due to the size of our return line, our unit is struggling to heat and cool our 3,600 square feet (temp set at 76 downstairs and 74 upstairs); therefore, causing our unit to run all the time causing the high power bills and the sweating of the HVAC duct work. We will have someone else take care of our HVAC needs in the future.

We choose this company based on the fact that they had the best presentation and the best price. From the moment we said go, I think it was within hours that they got the work done. I don't think it was the cheapest, but it was definitely the best in customer service. We will call on them if necessary in the future.

Installation went well, and I'm pleased in that respect

The preventive maintenance call today went well as did the previous two visits last year. The service technician took about 45 minutes to complete his work.
