Description of Work: The performed a tune-up on my gas logs. Job was done right, in a reasonable amount of time. They called me before they came so I didn't have to take a lot of time away from my job. The service tech, Joseph, was a very nice young man. Will definately use them again.

Description of Work: The heat pump was making an intermittent banging noise. They came out twice, charging $90 each time and had no idea what was wrong. I recorded the noise on my cell phone and played it to them over my land line. They immediately recognized the noise -- but I had already spent $180 and they weren't getting any more of my money. Called someone else.
