Description of Work: $8000.00 wine refrigeration unit installed in insulated wine cellar. 4 trips over a course of a year to get the plumbing correct, the pressures correct to meet the manufactures required specifications and warranty documents approved...... still don't have confirmation. Very nice people, clean and friendly, bad technical installation even though the manuals were very clear as to what size lines to use. Thus, very frustrating to have so many visits to get it right.

Description of Work: They came to do the service on my heat pump and convinced me it would cost $4000 to get it up to good condition. Since the system was 10 years old I decided to buy a new system. They were very nice and professional but the sale of the new product was a little misrepresented by Superior Heating and Air Inc. The work order said Platinum 3 ton 16 SERS. When I looked up Platinum models on the American Standard on the internet I asked the tech if that is what I was getting. He told me yes. However when the system was installed it was the Silver line. When I questioned about the difference I was told that I had purchased the "Platinum service" from Superior and not the "Platinum Heat Pump from American Standard. The ratings on the platinum models of Am Standard heat pump were twice as high as the ratings on the Silver models. I thought I was buying a top rated quality Platinum American Standard product but instead I purchased an average rated quality product - for $8000

Description of Work: In May/June 2013, Superior Heating and Air, Inc. conducted a complete inspection of the HVAC system in my rental property. Not satisfied with the initial inspection, a company supervisor came out and completed the inspection again and determined that the original work by the subcontractor who installed the unit when the house was built was unsatisfactory and not up to code. The ducting work was poor, the system was too small for the house, and the supply and return ducts in several rooms were wrong. In short, the ducting needed to be redone and the A/C units needed to be replaced. Superior Heating and Air, Inc. were extremely thorough, fair, professional, and accommodating. The work completed was top-notch and the results were noticed immediately within the house. On a couple of occasions they returned to the house at no cost to fix minor inconsistencies in the system. Additionally, when I did not qualify for the associated Wells Fargo financing because it was a rental property, Superior Heating and Air offered an alternate in-house payment plan to help spread the payments over 12-months; an offer well outside the normal financing options and speaks volumes of the company's commitment to customer service. I continue to use Superior Heating and Air to this day and will do so in the future. This company has my highest recommendations for referral.
