There is no doubt that these technicians are qualified and talented. They are expensive, however. We requested an electrician to come to our house because several exterior outlets were not working. Within 10 minutes of arrival she was wrapping up to leave, as the solution was as simple as flipping a breaker in our main panel for the GFCI. We later received an invoice for $266. Seems excessive for dispatch and 10 minutes of their time.

Chris from Superior Heating & Air is such professional and is always so pleasant to deal with! He has worked on the units for my home and business and whether it’s routine maintenance or or a big job needed to be done quickly, he’ll do anything to strive for optimal perfection every time. The previous company I had used left one of my business’s units in terrible shape and he really had to go through a lot to fix it. He came quickly when I called in distress with that issue which would’ve kept me from being able to open my business that day! This company and all of the amazing people they have representing them are the BEST I’ve ever dealt with! Everyone I’ve used from them has always gone above and beyond. These days I look for companies and contractors to use that are like family and I feel like I’ve found it with them. When ever those yellow shirts show up... my mind is at ease. They are top notch all the way!

My company has been dispatching an average of 35 service calls a month over the last 10 years and I have never experienced a superior level of service from any hvac company. These people truly care. All of the team is exceptional, but Melissa is one of a kind. We dispatch our work and they respond within seconds and are scheduling most services within minutes for visits that day. I am glad I found them and have made them part of my team. You will not be disappointed.

Just found out that we were victims of fraud by Superior AC. They used the old bait and switch...sold us a 3.5 ton AC unit and installed a 3 ton AC unit which cannot service our 2000 square ft house. Unfortunately we just discovered it after several years when another HVAC contractor came in to service and wanted to know why we only had 3 tons. Superior has yet to return my call! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had delays in the original appointment. The sales manager was very knowledgeable and professional. The price I was quoted was , by far, the highest price I received among four quotes. Their quote for two different configurations was $1,500.00 to $3,500.00 higher than the next highest bidder. Very expensive. It's almost as if the project was too small for them to get involved.

Service took 4 hours but they still have not done follow up since contacting Mgr. on 5/16.

They are really good. We've been using them for 10 years. They are generally on time. They are professional. They get the job done. They are somewhat proud of their work so the price is a little bit higher than I'd like to spend but based on their performance, I would rather pay that than take a risk of another company. I think it works out to about $75 per unit per visit.

Great! A faulty reset switch in the power cable was replaced. In the process the wall plug was turned over as it had been incorrectly placed during construction, being tight up against a wall the reset button could not be reached. The serviceman from Superior suggested the modification and was not only professional in his knowledge and experience, he was friendly and efficient.

Mike showed up on time, went into the hot attic, checked everything(taking digital photos) then gave us a very clear and informative presentation of what we could do to improve our system, even though, he told us that we COULD possibly get 4 or 5 more years out of our unit. He was not the pushy salesman who just wanted to make the sale on uninformed customers. We were completely impressed by the whole experience and will certainly use him when we decide to act.

Arrived ontime and work was completed super fast with the 2 techy that performed routine mantinance.

Very professional crew. They arrived on time. Took extra effort not to damage floors, carpet and walls while bringing in the new air handler. Very informative on the new thermostats and even walked me through the online set up and registration for the corresponding cell phone application. The install included a one year service agreement. I will definitely continue to use this company.

Part was replaced at cost because warranty had actually run out but Superior did original work and stood by their job. I appreciate that. I replaced another part of an old system as well due to corrosion.

I am waiting on a part so that they can finish with the fall service contract.

This was long distance dealing as I am on Long Island. My Daughter lives at the address. Although I did the contracting my Daughter kept reporting back to me as to how everything was going. The price was lower than I thought the work was done promptly and my Daughter saya that everything was working as it should. I would recomend Superior Heating & Air Inc to anyone.
