The installation was done in a very professional manner; the work was neat and prompt. The technician was a perfectionist. There was follow up by the sales person and the service department to insure that everything functioned as it should. The units look good and work well.

THEIR OFFICE IS EXCELLENT AS WELL AS FIELD STAFF AND ARE RESPONSIVE TO QUICK EMERGENCY VISITS AND 24 HOUR SERVICE CALLS. THEIR COSTS ARE COMPETITIVE. THEY INSTALLED TWO BRAND NEW AMERICAN STANDARD A/C UNITS AND NEW AIR HANDLERS. THEY ALSO REMOVED ALL BUILDER (POORLY) INSTALLED DUCT WORK UNDER THE HOUSE. I AM ABSOLUTELY THRILLED WITH THE NEW EQUIPMENT, DUCT WORK AND THE FLAWLESS INSTALLATION PROCESS. MY ELECTRIC BILLS HAVE BEEN LOWERED BY 200.00 PER MONTH.

They are good people and we have been using them for years. They do a good job. We have a service contract with them. Their prices are reasonable.

They are the best service we have ever had. They are courteous, on time, and they will call you when they will be arriving. They wear footies when in the house. We have a contract with them. It was very good. They are an excellent company. They clean the units and make sure they are running properly. They make sure the filters and UV lights are working. They are also going to be doing other projects for me for filtration. I am very pleased with them. They came out on their own because another company was working on the well pump and they made sure it was going properly. They are very responsive people. Their prices are very reasonable. Their quality is superior to other people we have used in this area. Everybody from the office people to the foreman do an excellent job. They take responsibility for their work. They have also replaced all the duct work to our system because it was installed improperly from another company.

The service was super. They have a great thermostat and it can be programmed wirelessly. The technician seemed to be knowledgeable and they came when they said they were going to come. They were prompt and on time. They were the most reasonably priced on the bids that I got. They did a very good job. I do intend on having them back to do an energy audit.

Superior is always on time or calls if something changes. They let me know what service technician to expect. They are always courteous, professional, explain any problems, answer all questions and let me know what maintenance may be needed in the future. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

In 2011 a new, larger system heating/air conditioning system was installed in conjunction with adding space to the house. Superior Heating installed the original equipment and designed and installed the upgraded system. They have always responded well to any service request we had. We had an intermittent problem on the new piece of equipment even into the next year. It eventually took a call to the president of the company to get the problem figured out. But they did get it repaired. The service people are all competent and polite, neat and prompt.

I think they are fantastic. When I was shopping around for systems, the owner was knowledgable and answered my questions. The techs are great, they show up on time and always do what they say they are going to do. I would recommend them to anyone.

They came out quickly, but the technician charged me an exorbitant amount (over $800); they only re-charged the Freon without fixing the leak and never resolved the actual problem. Two months later, I had the same problem that I had initially. The technician even told me that the job he did might last five minutes or five months. When I brought this to the company's attention, the company told me that he did fix it, which contradicted what the technician said.

The service has been excellent overall. They’ve been very responsive and normally they’re there the same day. They show up on time and clean up after themselves. We’ve talked to a number of other companies, and no other company was as knowledgeable as this one. They’ve done a great job!

About eight years ago, they had to repair a unit and I felt they charged me an exorbitant amount of money, so I’ve never used them again.

Added additional refrigerant and then returned to check the service one week later. Very professional and friendly. The tech even kindly cut down the ivy that was climbing up the wooden a/c storage compartment.

Wouldn't use them again. More concerned with their bottom line than in actually caring for their customers.

I got their mx contract for my townhome based on a friends recommendation. Technician was punctual & professional. I was at work so my Mom was home and mentioned that unit was making a noise, tech responded by saying he was here only for maintenance. Later in the day, via email I received a statement and a quote for additional work: stating unit was old and needed to be chemically cleaned + drain pan in attic was not properly placed when originally installed and needed to be moved so it would not drip on the ceiling - $247 No one has called to ask if I was considering on getting the work done. I called them to look at my rental home on 5/29. They were able to send someone out that morning. Quote for a bad compressor fan was $280 + $110 for diagnostic. I asked if I could get a price reduction on diagnostic fee since they were also doing the work, lady said she needed to ask someone; waited an hour and called back, she was out to lunch..I got a call back around 1:30pm and the offer was if I got the mx contract on the rental home ($168) then diagnostic fee would be reduced to $13...I would have done it if they had waived the fee in its entirety; needless to say will not be renewing my mx contract on town home when it expires. After giving them my credit card so that they could charge the diagnostic fee have not heard back from anyone or given a status update at the rental home.

It went great, they were on time, talked to me and showed me issues that could be a problem in the future and gave me with a full report in writing to keep for my records. Great Job! .

They are always the best. They come and they consult. You can negotiate the prices. They come and do the work and you don't even know that they are here. We are very pleased with them.

They are great. They come when called, they are very clean and nice when they're here. They talk with us about various cost alternatives and the less expensive way and practically way to do things in terms of equipment and changing filters. We've used them for 6-7 years.

They were fine, nothing special. I would possibly use them again in the future.
