Description of Work: Lang's replaced the 40-year-old HVAC ducting, built a platform around the HVAC unit in the attic to improve access, and replaced the vent covers throughout the house. The job was done on time and, as promised, they left the house as clean as they had found it, leaving no mess in either the attic or house/garage. Very responsive. Have contracted with Lang's for annual service and would recommend them highly.

Description of Work: They do maintenance visits , change filters etc .Frequency depends on your contract. They can even change bulbs or fire alarm batteries if you ask them ,most of the technicians are friendly and if they can't answer your question will call to give you the answer. | |

Description of Work: I own a condo that is sold but the HVAC unit failed upon the home inspection. I was told by two other technicians that the whole unit needed to be replaced. The representative from Lang's said that only the air handler needed to be replaced and that is what they did. They also included a 2 year warranty.
