Steven was very easy to do business with. I'm a pretty demanding customer and do my research so I had plenty of questions. I didn't decide until the last minute to install the air purifier and it was "no problem". They were the most expensive of the quotes I received but I decided that it was better to spend a little more to get a high quality product that is installed correctly. They also offered a Carrier rebate and interest free financing for 12 months. We have used their maintenace program for our Lennox hvac for the last 9 years. My wife thinks the technician, Chandler, is the best ever. They showed up when they were scheduled and completed the work quicker than I was told. They got everything cleaned up and moved everything back to where it was before they got here. The installation was a very positive experience. Would I use them again and recommend them...absolutely.

The work was performed in a timely and excellent manner by professional men who take pride in their work. We have been customers of Lang's for over 16 years and had a contract for our Hilton Head home. We moved to Sun City and the October work was performed there. Needless to say, we are most happy to continue having Lang's 72 Degrees look after our home. For myself, when I think of a word to describe the company, it is "comfort" knowing they are there to both perform good work and to also lend a helping hand.

They were on time, knowledegable, professional and neat. Steve Lang told me my options with pricing prior to the installation. I have signed a maintenance contract with them and I recommend them as well. I also met other memembers of the staff including Ian, Tim, Sonny and Billy. They all were friendly as well as what I mentioned above.

We were most impressed with the men who performed this work. They were skilled and professional. They had a high regard for their employer, which to me is very important. I had become a little nervous about our decision to have this work done. However, the work performed and the manner in which it was done made me feel it was the right decision. The work took about four days in cold weather. The men brought us two big heaters and were able to have some heat in the house at night. They did everything as promised, left no mess, just shiny new registers and nice clean air. One big benefit for me seems to be no more morning headaches. I am glad we made the decision to have such a big job done.

I have used this company for a long time for routine service. They also installed a new HVAC system. The quality of the their work was was generally excellen. My chief complaint is that I had the feeling that they were always trying to up-sell me. At each service visit, they would find something that they were concerned about and had to have a supervisor schedule another appointment. Some of the recommended extra work was necessary and some was questionable. On the last visit, they told me that my ducts needed to be cleaned. These were new ducts that they had just installed the previous year. I was having some renovations done at the time and 2 of my contractors inspected the ducts, one of whom had considerable HVAC experience. They said that the ducts did not need to be cleaned.

Our heating unit had stopped working during the night. We called Lang's in the morning. The serviceman came promptly from Hilton Head. We were his first emergency call on a Saturday. He was professional and courteous, and most importantly, he had the correct replacement part in his truck. We were thankful for this since it was cold outside. The repair was accomplished in good time and we had heat again. We have used Lang's for the regular maintenance of our heating/cooling unit for quite a few years. They come twice a year to check the unit and service it. They are always courteous and professional. Because we have a regular contract we got a discount on this repair. We greatly appreciate that they are taking good care of our unit, keeping it running.

Lang's people removed the old Lennex system & 26 installed the new Carrier performance SEER 16. Some time was spent waiting for the thermometer to be delivered.

Lang showed up at our door on time and got right to work. They protected our hardwood floors with tarps and covered our clotting in our closet with plastic. They worked non-stop until they got the installation completed which took about 5 hours. When they left, it was as if they had never been here; the house was spotless. The three men that did the installation were all in uniform, clean and very polite.

Called to set up regular maintenance appointment well in advance. They called when they were on the way. Right on time. Very prompt, courteous and professional. Don't hesitate to call this company.

I have been doing business with Lang 72 Degrees for a number of years. I find they pride themselves in knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail at every level. I recently had to have a new air handler installed. I was provided the information I needed to make an informed decision on proper equipment that also fit my budget. The crew was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. They were careful not to cause any damage to my floor or walls and cleaned up after the work was done. From scheduling, decision on equipment, ordering, and installing, Lang 72 Degrees did not disappoint.

Rep met with us, discussed and showed us the problems. Then gave us pricing and explained options. Scheduled installation process. After acceptance scheduled installation. Installers were prompt, courteous and thorough in their work and clean-up Supervisor came as job was completed, reviewed work performed and asked us our thoughts. He then reviewed warranty and any other necessary details. We were very satisfied.

Went great. Work done on time and in budget. Great follow up by the company to be sure I was satisfied. Corrected an noise issue due to new return duct being installed, no fuse at all.

The service man arrived on time. He was courteous, and explained everything that he was going to do. He performed all the checks, service items, etc., in a timely manner. Then he went over the details and items that might need attention later. He noticed my garage door had trouble closing, so he even adjusted the sensors on that! I appreciated that the Lang's office called to confirm the appointment, and then called the morning of service, to let me know the tech was on his way. Excellent communication!

came on assigned day on time. Took time to discuss job and then proceeded to do the work. They cleaned up and did a final inspection. Had an issue I was not satisfied with,thermostat, and contacted company the next day and got a call from owner who listened and then scheduled a tech to come out the same day and replaced the part. They certainly follow their slogan "What can we do to make you happy".

Cannot complain about service at all. Michael(service man) was very professional. He explained and showed problems to me.

Excellent, professional team installed a complete new HVAC unit, gas furnace with AC unit and oversized air filter unit.. They removed the old HVAC system, cleaned up, tested everything and showed us how to use the new equipment.

The ac was leaking into the house. I called the langs service number and about 3 hrs later a tech showed up. They said 90$ to visit and inspect. The tech came in saw the line was clogged ran some water through it to unclog it and wrote me a bill for 300$, fixed the problem. They did not ask me before performing the extra 210$ dollars worth of work. When he wrote the bill up he put 2 prices and said if I join there service membership (15$ a month) it would only be 90$. I feel the pricing was a little deceptive and setup to drive sales of their membership program (which of course provides them with continual residual income) That being said I was impressed with the professionalism of the person they sent out (minus not informing me that what he was doing was going beyond inspection). He was very polite neat and courteous. I did have them back out to do a "complete" service the following week. since of course I joined the membership program, Which includes to semi annual services of the unit.

They were not aggressive but they were marketing their membership plan. It was a thorough check. There is a small freon leak and they said I may need to replace the unit. Others have said I can go a while without replacing the unit if I spend a little bit every year to maintain the leak. They were cautious and polite and did a good job, only took about an hour.

Hard sell, hard sell, hard cell. High cost,high cost,high cost!! Not fun to deal with.

Office called alhead to announce tech arrival. Tech arrived within 20 min of the call. Installation took 1 1/2 Techs most of one whole day to install (within their original estimate). Kept "tool clutter" to a minimum on porch and around truck. Kept us informed when they left work area for parts or for lunch break. Have had system running fo a month now with no apparent problems.. Techs were well dressed in company dress, were polite and friendly.
