Description of Work: We received a quote to replace our existing duct work. Patrick B. came to the house. I was really impressed with his knowledge and the level of service he gave me. I have dealt with a number of HVAC people over the years and I really liked Patrick's numbers/data driven approach to decide what course of action to take. I fully felt that he was giving me the best information based on my need, instead of just selling me something. Would highly recommend Patrick and his company. Ron K.

Description of Work: I had an issue with animals ripping the air vents underneath the house. I called Carolina Custom air because of there high reviews on Angies list. There was no misrepresentation with the reviews. They came out and fixed the ducts. There was also an issue several days later with a nest being sucked into the blower. They came back out and fixed the problem for no extra charge. They were professional and courteous, and stood by there work. I would not suggest looking any further for heating and air needs.

Description of Work: They were very responsive in scheduling a service call - same day. Tech was a little late for appointment but did call to let me know he was running late. He promptly diagnosed the problem and discussed the various options. I was very pleased with the price, quality of work and professionalism. I will use them in the future and would highly recommend.

Description of Work: We had a central air/heating system that just stopped functioning. Danny came on time, as scheduled, and resolved the issue in a courteous, professional, and reasonably-priced manner. Very effective! They will be the first ones I call in the future should I have subsequent problems with any of my three ac/heating systems.
