I maintain a busy schedule and was very happy with the process they used to work with my insurance company, associated paperwork etc. From the first contact to the install of my roof the responsiveness was great. It was really nice to have an additional number / contact of multiple employees if one was not available. I was amazed at the speed of the guys installing the shingles as well. I met them when I was pulling out from work and by the time I came home my roof was complete. I was a nice touch that they called that evening to be sure I was happy with the outcome. I will be sure to recommend them to my friends. Scott & Ashley you are a great team; keep up the good work. P.S. I look forward to my $100 dollar referral checks...
Description of Work: I selected Turn Key Roofing to evaluate & assist me with my roof when I suspected storm damage. They performed an initial evaluation of damage, assisted me in calling in my claim to my insurance company, met with my adjuster when he came to look at my roof & installed my roof.
