Representative came as schedule and gave estimate. I thought it was a little high so I kept looking.

It was good. they were super nice. This guy came and he was climbing on the roof and did not bother by the weather. They came when they said they would, I didn't had to wait. Leah schedule everything and came back to make sure that everything was okay.

UPDATE: Turn Key apologized for the miscommunication and came out to address the window issues. They took care of interior details and even went up on the roof to see if that's where the trouble was coming from. Looks like the roof needs to be resealed. Again, Turn Key did a great job communicating with me and following up. Lesson learned: DO NOT contract through Lowe's, call Turn Key directly.

That turned out fine. One employee came out, he was on time and was a nice gentlemen. It took him about an hour to an hour and a half. This was on a one story home and he brought the correct equipment. He showed me what he took out of the gutters and took that with him.

It took a day or two to get a response but once I got them on the phone, everything went smoothly. I will definitely be using them to clean our gutters in the future.

They repaired the vents and nail holes from the roof shingles and glued down the tiles that were raised. The vent repairs were not finished in the manner expected. One vent seal was not pushed down all the way down the pipe to the roof ad on both vents the seal was not caulked smoothly but left lumpy. I expected a more professional repair. The roof shingles were glued down satisfactorily as upon our inspection no raised shingles were found.

Great. Cannot see a seam where added and timely, great job.

Turn Key roofing installed the roof on our new home. They came when they told us they were coming, completed the job as promised and left our home better than when they arrived!! They are awesome and I would recommend them to any and everyone!

I contacted Turn Key Roofing to ask about cleaning my gutters, which were full to the brim with leaves and acorns from the trees in our yard. During our last rain, I noticed that the water was flowing over the gutters instead of into the downspouts and decided two things: the work needed to be done and, with a bit of a fear of heights, I didn't want to do it myself. I contacted Turn Key near the end of the business day on a Monday and my gutters were cleaned late on Thursday morning. Quite a fast turn-around! They were courteous, professional, and prompt. Of course, their friendliness would mean nothing if they didn't do good work. I'm please to report that they did. Gene came to our home and cleaned our gutters, leaving no mess behind him. I would recommend Turn Key for gutter cleaning and, based on the way they handled this work for me, on all roof work. A job well done.

Not well--didn't show up when promised, then just show up without notice after months of no contact!

Throughout this process, my faith in Home Depot now wavers. That is why my overall experience is a B. Home Depot is more reactive than proactive. Robert and "Blue" with Turn Key are prompt, on time and very courteous. I appreciate these gentlemen, taking the time to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. The actual window installation though was done by a Home Depot window installer. There was trouble with the Simonton Replacement windows fitting properly. The Home Depot window installer has had more experience with these "troubles" and came up from York, SC to do the install The guys from Turn Key handled all the exterior work, as we needed to frame the window with wood then cover with metal coil. The guys had to take the siding off the house in order to do this. They did a nice job, I am pleased. The took their time to make sure everything fit properly and went exactly back in place. The project did take a couple days longer than I expected and I found a lot of nails in the yard (we have 2 dogs) but overall, I am satisfied.

Scheduled an appointment for an estimate on Monday the following week. The estimator called back that evening to ask if he could come out the next day on Saturday morning. Showed up on time and was quick to be done. He explained their lifetime shingle system and the price was very reasonable. Waited a few days and got estimates from a few other companies. They were not the cheapest but close, and so their superior warranty won them the job. It took a few days for the office to call and schedule a time for installation. The installation was more than a week away. On the day of installation, the crew showed up on time and got to work quickly. It was a 30+ square job and they finished before 6 PM. The only trash that was left was the lid to one of their buckets (wind blew it away from the rest of their equipment) and a couple of nails in one of the flower beds. Overall I am satisfied and the problems were minor. The roof looks great and I hope that I will not have to hire them for a repair but if I need one they will be my first call.

They came out to repair a leak with a roof still under warranty. No charge and fast service.

They showed up and actually took the time and talked with my husband and me. My husband talked to a lot of people before choosing them. The price is very fair because we are talking about the whole roof and it is a major thing just like starting over with the roof. The guy that came suggested I go to their office and see the color of the tiles on a bigger board which made all the difference in the world. They gave me the boards to take home to show my husband and everything.

We had them come out to give us an estimate on our damaged roof. They came right out the first time and looked at it. We were told to call the adjuster and when he came out, they would come back to insure we were paid for all the damage. We never received a written estimate. The only response we ever received was that they would do the job for whatever the insurance company paid us. The owner came out the day the adjuster was here. She promised to have an estimate to us. We didn't receive any. I called her a few days later and was told that I should have an emailed estimate in about two hours. No email. Brian stopped by about three days later to bring samples and gave us a verbal "wag" estimate and to let us know the owner was in FL on Springbreak. Long story made short.....they are a young company and not very unprofessional and we chose another company to replace our roof. Maybe after a few years, they will become more professional.

They were horrible. The left horrible lumps in the roof and refused to fix it. They yelled at me when I pointed the roof lump out to them. They refused to do gutters on side of house and did not do the full gutters like they were to do. The insurance adjuster had things that were to be replaced and they talked my husband out of repairing those things. They came out and then hired out contractors to just throw the job together. I felt they lied about the service they were going to perform. My roof looks worse now than before the storm. They would show up randomly without calling. They would smoke cigarettes and put them out in my yard.

They were good, but the only reason we didn’t go with them is that, they do only roofing and we had to have other work done. They gave us some numbers of people we could call to see their work. I may not use them in future.

Scott, Turnkey's sales rep, did a very good job in helping me select shingle color, style and manufacturer. He also helped select a replacement skylight. When we had proposed changes to the project, Scott worked with Leah, in their central office, to make sure that I had updated project quotes. Most of the time, new quotes were in my email before I could get to my computer. Excellent response. None of the other 5 bidders were anywhere nearly as responsive to my questions and proposed project changes. Scott selected an excellent subcontractor to actually perform the re-roofing work. The work began on time, progressed without interruption, and was completed in a very reasonable time period. The work crew covered and protected areas which could be damaged by their work. They covered and protected the existing guttering from damage by ladders and falling roofing materials. While the weather was cool and dry (what good luck), the workers made sure that the roof was completely protected each night. At the end of the project, the work crew did a very thorough clean up job. They picked up, swept up, and vacuumed up the entire work area. They also used magnetic devices to pick up nails on the ground and in the bushes, and around the full job site. The work crew did such a good job, I gave each of them a small tip when they finished. Now, a week later, I can barely tell any work was done, except for the great looking new roof and skylight. Finally, the completed project cost was exactly as quoted up front. Great job Scott, Leah and the entire work crew.

We paid a very small amount of $200 because the insurance covered the entire amount. The job was okay. They had to come back and redo a portion of it. They have an all Hispanic staff. I don't know how good the communication was. There was one area where squirrels had got up in the attic, and we had to have someone come to do something prior to the roofing job. We told the roofing guys specifically that particular area would had to be left undone, and they had to go back to tear it off. They redid it. They were good. Their price was reasonable. The quality was good.

Turn key roofing are a very good company. They came to my house after I called them as a reference from a friend and were very nice and did everything they said they would do. Ashley and Todd were very professional and was very humbling to talk to through my difficult time after a major storm. I would have them to come back and eat supper with me and my family because that is how courteous and comfortable I was with them. If I ever need them again I will call them in a minute, and will tell all my friends!!!
