Description of Work: Mike Foreman completely renovated my bathroom original to the home in the late 1950's, and updated some features in my kitchen. His men do a very high quality job and are polite/friendly. I am extremely pleased with the craftsmanship and look of both rooms. I feel as if I can trust their professional opinion and advice. Both Mike and his co-worker came to Home Depot with me to select the materials needed for my bathroom and kitchen. Mike comes by to inspect the site after his men are finished, and is very determined to provide the best product and service. I would most definitely recommend his company and would use them in the future.

Description of Work: changed out a front door and let me add that home depot said they could not do the work, mike did the work, his crew painted it and put up rails around front porch and added several new locks. this is a non profit organization, we were quoted around 3500.00 and we paid 3200.00 we are very happy

Description of Work: I NEEDED TO UPGRADE MY GARAGE DOORS AND OPENERS, I CALLED MIKE AND GOT AN ESTIMATE, I WENT TO HOME DEPOT AND BOUGHT A MID GRADE DOOR AND WENT TO SEARS AND BOUGHT THE OPENERS THAT I WANTED WITH THE FEATURES OF BATTERY BACK UP AND PHONE APP. MIKE GOT HERE ON FRIDAY WITH 2 ADDITIONAL MEN AND THEY PUT THE DOORS TOGETHER AND PUT IT ALL UP, THEY HAD TO COME BACK SATURDAY, THEY FINE TUNED THE DOORS AND VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THAT MIKE AND HIS CREW DID.

Description of Work: Emailed them for an estimate. Very punctual in their response to my inquiry. Deb & Mike came by for an look at what I needed done. Sent the estimate back in a timely manner. I did not use them for my bathroom remodel, but I have saved their contract information for future projects I may plan.

Description of Work: i called mike and deb and they came to my new house and we very nice and professional, acted like they cared, listened to what i said and wrote it all down. they gave a very good quote. my mother just bought a house and had used contractors from her area and was very pleased... so we decided to use them instead. i would recommend mike to anyone and would use him again in the future... i called his references and all said good things.

Description of Work: Mike Forman actually has done two different things for us. He added french doors and a second story deck and also came back and closed in an old screen porch. He completely re-framed the porch and added quality windows and a storm door and finished it beyond my expectations. Both jobs were finished as promised and look amazing! With both of these jobs, Mike had to plan and design the finished product. The jobs also involved electrical work which he also completed very nicely. The doors and windows fit perfectly and work great. Mike is a "no nonsense" builder and he will tell you when he is coming and you can bank on it! He is 100% dependable, reasonable and completes his job better than you can even anticipate. He finishes when he says he will be done, removes all trash from the premises and you are left with a quality job all the way around! I would recommend him to anyone!

Description of Work: Across the board excellent experience for remodel on Lake Wateree. Added second story and remodeled existing structure.

Description of Work: He built us a screened in porch that is 14 by 21 square feet and he removed and replaced about 23, four by three windows.
