It was good. Everything was good. They were very informative. They let me know what was going on. They worked on my schedule.

Great. Mike has done work for me over the last 25 years from kitchen remodel to built in cabinets to ceramic tile work. He is always professional and no nonsense. Very fast and always neat and tidy. Nothing is too hard for him

Mike did a professional job turning our garden tub into a walk in shower. Would definitely recommend him.

Mike's team did a great job. They were very concerned about doing the job exactly according to my design. They completed the job in a timely fashion and were very accommodating to my schedule.

We had subway tile installed in the shower and two inch tile on shower floor. Grout is falling out between tiles on shower walls and shower floor. They have returned to re-grout twice and we are still having problems. I am concerned about them come out for a forth time to try and fix the problem. (I am counting the original and two attempts here so if they came again it would be four times grouting.) I am just not sure that using the same product and the same installers will have different results. I may be faced with having to hire another contractor to fix my problem.

Could not even get an estimate. Would not return my call. If you dont want to work, then have the professional courtesy to call and say so.

I have used Mr. Foreman several times and always have been completely satisfied with the work. They are honest reliable and dedicated to get the work done. Deb is my go to person and is very professional and understands my needs. I live out of state and am renting my home so I need someone who completely understands my concerns and trust to get the work done.

From the beginning - meeting Mike and Deb when they came by to look at our bathroom - then sending a very clear, concise and fair itemized estimate, to the end product of our beautiful renovated bathroom - we especially appreciated John, and the skillful, professional job he did - paying attention to every detail -we were entirely satisfied and pleased. The process of this renovation, from demolition, subflooring repairs, the artful tiling, to painting and installation of everything - we had no problems at all! We sincerely appreciated all the hard work, kind communications and follow through. We would definitely recommend this company for any renovation/construction project! Mike was prompt and professional. I did not use his services. His price was not out of line, but I was able to find someone less expensive.

Great quote; professional, fast work. Did 72 ft of 5" crown molding in 5 hours. Definitely recommend !

Knocked out walls, added laminate support beams, added pantry, tiled floor, added counter, added access door and built cabinets.

I did not pay the last thousand dollars because he did not do what he was planned to have done, He was a strange dude. He was okay him self but he would go off and live his guys and some of the guys were not really any good and did not have any quality control and he did not come through to make sure that the things were not done right. A lot of stuff was really messed up. And he sent me a bill and i told him he did not do this and that then the wife said that Mike does not receive payment if the work is not done and she said they will come out and redo the work. So in the end i did not pay, it sounded like he was too busy and left his workers to do substandard work. it was not professional, the doors they brought were the wrong size and you know i was waiting for this doors for weeks and almost all of them were the wrong size. i had to wait a couple of weeks to wait for another cabinet door. I liked some of the work but in the beginning he looked like he was going to be good. You know he built this wall fence at the back and half of it collapsed i had to bring another guy in to put it back up, it did not collapse but it sank in to the ground.He did a lot of staff but it was not all that bad. virtually all the problems came when he could live some body there to take care of things.

The bathroom is stunning. The work was done quickly (all told took 5 days, and some of that was waiting on me to purchase something). They had to put up with an inept homeowner buying incorrect things and changing her mind daily, but still brought the job in on budget. Highly recommend!

Called him on a Sunday as the illusive leak appeared due to weather conditions. The conditions were due to a lot of rain and high winds blowing I. Just the right conditions the would allow the leak to appear.

They did a good job. I would use them again.

Responsive updates to status, design during lead up time. Showed up when they said they would. Workers were diligent during their time here. They checked with us any time their experience indicated an opportunity to make a mistake-- didn't assume. Provided courteous responses to naive questions we asked. Completed work and cleaned up on time (actually a bit quicker than predicted). No surprises with cost/ Estimates were adhered to even though exterior work exposed a little additional wood to be replaced and bath work discovered a few unanticipated issues they addressed. Work was competent and conduct professional.

Mike and Deb were accommodating with our schedule when they came to our house to meet with us and see what we wanted to have done. I would have had the emailed estimate within 3 days except that my email sent it to the spam folder, not their fault at all. I had had a few other contractors provide estimates but Mike's was the most reasonable and along the lines of what we had planned to spend. Once we chose Mike to do our renovation I was told that it would be about 3 weeks until he could start. I expected him to be delayed for a week or so because of the abnormal snow storm that we had. I was very surprised when I got an email asking if it was convenient for us if he started the next day, which was the day I had been told originally. Mike and his crew showed up exactly on time the next morning and our little bathroom was demolished before lunch and the new bathtub was installed before the end of their work day. The next two days they were unable to come because of yet another freak winter ice storm but on Friday they showed up again on time and got right to work replacing the sheetrock, and were even able to get some tile hung around the bathtub. Over the weekend I had some family come into town at the last minute but his crew took it in stride and kept right on schedule. They were very considerate to my family and cleaned up after themselves every single day. They even said it didn't bother them that my hound barked non-stop the entire time they were here. They showed up on time every day and completed the bathroom on time despite losing two days to the ice storm, they even painted for us when we had planned on doing it ourselves. My bathroom looks better than I could have imagined and it functions much better than it did originally. Both Mike and Deb were very understanding when I had to embarrassingly admit that the first check I had written them was from the wrong account and that it would bounce, I remedied this by writing a check from the correct account and gave it to Mike the next day. Mike and his crew are my first choice for any other work that I need to have done in my home.

First the good part: my kitchen looks terrific. Mike's employees, who did all the work, are meticulous. They did a fantastic job with the painting and were incredibly diligent about cleaning up at the end of the day. The problem was Mike. He is totally disorganized. Two days before he was scheduled to arrive, I called to ask if there was anything I needed to do before they started work. I was told that, not only was I expected to empty out all of the cabinets (not a big surprise), but also I should have all of the new appliances, backsplash tile, and flooring on site and ready to be installed. Obviously, this wasn't going to happen in 2 days. Nor was it necessary. Mike arrived on the day work was scheduled to begin, looked around, took a few measurements, and, after about 15 minutes, left for the day. The biggest problem caused by Mike's disorganized approach was that the workers didn't have the parts and equipment they needed when they needed them, because Mike kept forgetting to bring things in. For example, they were to replace the drawer glides on several of the kitchen drawers. Despite numerous reminders, Mike failed to bring the new glides until the last day on the job. Much touch up painting was needed to cover the inevitable scrapes that came from installing the glides after the painting was completed. A final and unexpected problem came from the fact that the guys had turned on an outside faucet, which we had already turned off and drained for winter, to clean their equipment and failed to turn it back off. When the temperatures fell to 15 degrees a few weeks later, the pipe burst, resulting in a $200 plumbing bill. So, if you use Mike for your next project, you'll probably be happy with the final result but be prepared to do most of the general contractor work yourself.

We originally contacted Mike in March, 2013 and over the months we made several changes. They were very patient with us and accommodated our every request. When we finally decided on a plan in October, 2013, Mike and his crew showed up the date and time they told us they would be there. We had purchased most of the materials ourselves and Mike was kind enough to pick up and store the large items, ex. new, oversized ADA shower stall. Mike's two craftsmen, Mike and John, were exceptional workers. They were diligent, exceptionally neat and dependable. They checked with us every step of the way to be sure we were pleased with their progress, Mike and his crew were kind enough to also replace a few loose and/or missing shingles on the front of our roof at no extra charge. We would highly recommend this company. You can not do better!! They were not the lowest of the several quotes we received, but they were far from the highest. We feel we got more than our monies worth with Mike Foreman Home Improvement!

They replaced a bathtub and glass shower doors. The walls and floors were retiled. They started promptly and cleaned up after themselves each day. Mike checked the progress of the job and my satisfaction with the work every day.

I called and spoke with Mike's wife. I asked for a quote to replace some light fixtures. I never heard back. I guess this wasn't a big enough job for them. But, at least have the courtesy and professionalism to call and let me know that he wasn't interested. I wouldn't hire them now even if they did call back. Not returning calls is a sure indicator of how they would be if hired.

We confirmed a time to meet at the project site at 5:45pm. This provider showed up 10 minutes early while we were wrapping up another estimate. I asked if I could get 5 minutes of his time to wait for the other provider to finish up. At that time, this provider and his wife became disgruntled, turned their back and left without giving the estimate.

Bust. Won't be using or recommending this contractor.
