He is great. He knows how to repair all large appliances. He comes out and he does exactly what needs to be done, without doing unnecessary repairs. I have recommended him to a lot of people.

Their services were excellent because they were very nice, reasonably priced, and knowledgeable about their work.

Had been given two separate estimates of $230 for repair of front loading washing machine water valve. Because of cost and age of machine, it was suggested I buy a new one - not worth fixing. While Mr. Kenney was repairing my dishwasher, he looked at washing machine and estimated about $115 to fix it - he would know exact price after ordering the part. Although machine was 8 years old, he determined it sounded solid when running. He called back next day with price of $129 and I decided to try for another few years with same machine. Mr. Kenney arrived on time for our appointment, fixed the washing machine with no problems, checked for water leaks, and left. He was very pleasant and answered my questions but never stopped working - very professional. I felt he was honest and fair in his work. The professionalism was exceptional - the lower cost was a bonus.

When my clothes dryer performed poorly he looked at it and recommended replacing it versus repairing it because of its age and the cost involved in a major repair. My dishwasher left residue on everything that had been washed. He offered a solution over the phone--at no charge-- and did not think a service call was warranted. He explained why this was happening (water issue) and recommended two commercial products that have corrected the problem. He is very fair, knowledgeable, and honest. Rather than buy service contracts for my new appliances I now count on him to make repairs. Recent service contracts with appliance dealers have been a great disappointment.

He is a great person and is a one man company. He has all the required parts in his truck. He does a great job and I am completely happy with him. I like his services and will use the same in future.

Chuck arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and rapidly made the repair. First class guy, first class service.

They were excellent in every respect! He knew what the problem was over the phone and was able to come out in a timely manner. He came on time, fixed the problem, and was done with no problems. I cost shopped with 3 other companies, and he had the best price of the ones that quoted me.

He came right in and had the part ready to go. He left the old part here and he fixed it right away. It was working and he told us to give him a call him if it didn't work in a couple of hours.

The service I got from Kenney's was professional, honest and fair. I don't want to use any other company. I was worried I would have to replace my washer. I was pleased to see it was just a simple fix for an inexpensive price. I don't know how many other companies would have given such an honest and fair price.

I have been using him for several years. He is very good and is always extremely reasonably priced. He is a good person too and never overcharges. He used to have employees earlier, but now he has done away with all that. He is an older gentleman probably in his 50s, and says he?d rather be on his own and do his own thing. He tries to do things first in the cheapest possible way. He had checked my washer, and the filter was filled with coins and other things that could?ve caused the problem for the machine. He had cleaned that out first and said that might have been the problem. He had also ordered the circuit board just in case. So when I did call him he had it available. He is not quick to just get new parts and solve the problem, but wants to do the best thing for us. I really like this man.

I have always had very high regard for Chuck Kenney. He is knowledgeable and professional. He is honest and fair and I would recommend him to anybody. I don't think he was giving anything away, but I felt confident about what he was doing and I didn't have any anxiety about his integrity, knowledge and ability. He is a one man operation. His prices were reasonable, but I didn't compare them. I felt satisfied with the cost and I hate to call people for repair. I don't remember anything negative about the experience and I would absolutely use him in the future. I have used him for quite a while and he is the person that I would call for appliance repair.

Chuck came to my home and evaluated my dishwasher problem and accurately diagnosed the issue. He offered to order and install the part for me as well as the option for me to buy and install myself, which I did and it worked great.

Our dishwasher was not draining completely, leaving some water in the bottom of the tub at the end of the wash cycle. We thought it might be the pump; however, Mr. Kenney quickly identified the problem as a clogged strainer. He removed and cleaned the strainer, and quickly restored the dishwasher to working condition. Unlike many appliance repair people with whom we have dealt in the past, Mr. Kenney took the time to explain how the strainer operates and how to maintain the dishwasher to prevent future visits. His calm and friendly demeanor were very welcome. I have his business card on the inside door of my kitchen cabinet in case any of our other appliances require service. I can't imagine requesting anybody else.

It went VERY well. He is prompt, pleasant & knowledgeable. He is neat & clean (personally & work area!) We have used him before with good results every time. We have not had any problems with the fridge since his repair.

Had a very good initial call. Had to arrange for my Dad to meet in a rental property to fix a broken dryer. He was very nice and professional, knew exactly what was wrong and fixed immediately

Chuck is a professional who knows appliances. He is punctual, courteous, gives an honest assessment, works efficiently, and does not overcharge. Our gas range was old, but he was able to find a rare part within a couple of days. He was able to remove a chain caught in our washing machine. He repaired the water dispenser in our refrigerator. He is a little hard to get of hold of at first. Try him early in the morning around 7:00 am or fax him for best results.

The repair was done well and was scheduled quickly compared to other companies. Mr. Kenney is friendly and professional.

Mr. Kenney came when he said he would, found the problem quickly, and fixed it at the exact price he quoted.

Repair went very well. He came on time and repaired the washer for what I thought was a fair price. I'll use Mr. Kenny again.

The service was well done and courteous. I was pleased with the work. I would use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.

He came out twice but only charged us for one service call.
