Description of Work: He bought our ac/heating system from Holley 8 years ago. We have an annual service contract with them where they come out twice a year to service the unit. They are always on time and their service technicians are very professional. Haveing an annual contract enables you to call them if you have a problem any day of the week including weekends. We had an issue 3 summers back where the ac quit working on a Saturday. I called Holley and there service technician was here withing 2 hours and replaced the part that was defective. Great job and very timely as it was in the 90's outside.

Description of Work: We had semi-annual service done on our three heat pumps. We have had this service for three years and are very satisfied. In the past, they found a few problems but these were repaired under extended warrenty.
