+ -1 moreWallace did the roof in the wrong color, so I called Enloe’s wondering what was going on and they said they never sent anyone to me. Wallace wouldn’t let me do a different color because he had done half of the roof already. Enloe’s told me to call the county, who sent an inspector out. Not only did I find that Wallace hadn’t gotten a permit for my roof but also, his license was expired. I paid Wallace because I hadn’t found out yet that he stole the job from Enloe’s. Wallace did a horrible job, and my roof is leaking still and now all the gutters need to be replaced, I have some very dangerous electrical issues, and the roof will ultimately be destroyed. Enloe's eventually fired Wallace, though they showed little to no concern for me. I am still stuck with a leaking roof. Enloe's said the would come and look at my roof to see what they could do, but never showed up.
Description of Work: I originally called Enloes to redo my roof. I thought they sent a roofer to come and take measurements and do an estimate. My roof was in very bad shape so we wrote up a contract right way. The man who came was Wallace “Sunny” Doyle, and he actually stole the job from Enloe's by doing the roof without contracting it through them, even though he worked for them. I hold Enloes partially responsible for this because they sent him to me originally. The whole time he pretended he was working for Enloes.

+ -1 moreI spent $3000 on that work. Our experience was pretty positive except for one part where we have been waiting for them to come and pick up a bed they damaged and get it repaired. They were excellent. They were very thorough and did an excellent job cleaning up. They were very cautious of the outside of the house.
Description of Work: I used Enloe Residential in December of last year to remove and replace 9 windows.
